would recommend this appPros
The software is user friendly and definitely laid out and user friendly like an apple user would expect. The final document is polished around the edges like a mac user would expect.
They do a great job selling the product and making promises but when it comes down to helping make it work well in the clinic setting, they are less than helpful.
I love the ability to take templates that other users have created and then edit off of those. Also like that square is integrated with it for payment.
Pros
Particularly like the flexibility, support, integration into my office developing programs for patient care and records. Partnering with Kareo for the current EMR program has been excellent.
When this program goes down. It goes down... you are sh... out of luck.
This software is great for patients to get their results and for docs to get them too.
Cons
What upsets me is that there is no one to speak to in regards to support. I have lost alot of time because the website will not allow me to reset my password.
The way the product works also puts you at very high risk for data loss, which has happened to us multiple times.
Terrible service, little effort to do what is right for the physician. They botched my fax number and now I have to get a new one, creating a lot of stress and cost to my practice.
Cons
Recently the server is losing connections a lot. We are stuck on the ‘spinning wheel of death.
THE SYSTEM IS THE WORST IT DOES NOT UPDATE OUR PATIENTS AND WE CAN NOT INTO FAXES IN THE SYSTEM.
Poor customer support for PQRS MU that they charge extra for. Have been unable to see patients for 2 days due to software malfunction and not a word fromnour rep.
