Pros
DrChromo has a good payment plan compared to other similar EHR which helps to save money. It keeps improving its functionality.
I love the ability to take templates that other users have created and then edit off of those. Also like that square is integrated with it for payment.
The feature we liked best was auto posting of insurance payments. Also, the reporting package had great flexibility.
Pros
I appreciate the hearts helping guide me to chart certain tasks at a designated frequency. I can read my orders and labs easily, which is very important.
My overall experience with Cener is pleasant. I used a different EHR before Cerner, and most of the staffs at my hospital can agree that Cerner is better.
Overall a good platform that is relatively clean and easy to use once you get used to all the functionality features.
Cons
Its handled by auto generated scripts and it only gets to a live person via email, not a phone call, when the problem is out of hands and escalated by an irate consumer.
Pushy salespeople, bad experience with sales and billing staff, expensive. Took 6 months to integrate billing software with clearinghouse, poor follow up with customer service regarding this process.
We are just finishing the contract but we will not renew. This is very difficult to use and it’s very useless for medical spa.
Cons
Problems that arise because of difficulty to navigate certain areas; users are unaware and unable to utilize full capacity of software.
Amazingly poor UX/UI layout, and often confusing. The customer services has been all along a nightmare.
I really have too many bad things to say about the software system, it has always been there for me when I need it, I have yet to run into any problems when finding records.
