We first went into Chiropractic practice in 1989, and went computerized in 1990. Our very first software has been our go-to software since that time:  E-Z BIS!  We feel that we have grown along with the company (Started out using the DOS program!). We have no desire to change, since E-Z Bis meets all of our chiropractic needs. And we don't even utilize all of the things the software can do! The support is great; they are always willing to help you solve a problem or figure out the answer to a question.  We have no desire to ever change our chiropractic software company. They are the best!

I've been assisting in setting up chiropractic practices from scratch for over 30 years. It is very common for someone that is starting out to have a limited budget. Chiropractic software is the brains of the practice. On one hand, you don't want to blow your budget, but on the other hand, you don't want to settle for an inferior product. In my experience, DCs that start out with EZBIS have been very pleased - not just with the product, but with the people that are behind the product. If you look at all the major choices for software and compare each one feature-for-feature, I think you will realize that EZBIS is the best "bang for your buck."

We have used this software for so many years and have seen many great updates with the software throughout the 20 years.  EZBIS is very user friendly and has so many features.  It has many advanced features that we haven't even used yet.  I would recommend EZBIS software to any clinic looking for a great (Chiropractic Specific) software for their business.  The pros - The scheduling system, Billing system, Reports. Also EZBIS has great customer service.

EZBIS has stayed current with changes in billing (e.g.-electronic billing, software changes, changing from a DOS to a WINDOWS format). Their support has always been top notch. Overall, there is nothing major wrong with the system.  There were just enough small oddities that made me not like it. I will pursue other options.

The Demo program, which you tested, does not have these capabilities however. When particular reports are missing information, our unique generator can provide anything you are needing. Also, it is hard to understand what you might be referring to regarding coding. EZBIS is customizable. We have templates to get you started but ultimately, with our trainer or our 5 star support team, you are shown how to customize the system to help your day flow smoothly. Long Time User, Always Satisfied

I have used three other chiropractic office programs through the years, but EZ Bis is the most flexible, allowing easy access to patient accounts  to make changes.  My assistant who has used ChiroTouch previously, says that ChiroTouch seems "clunky" in comparison to EZ Bis.

We are communicating with our patients easier through the helpful reminders and recalls within texting. We can easily explain a patients account because of the amazing organization within their information. We are better providers because EZ Biz takes the guessing out of the simple aspects of Chiropractic care.

EZ BIS is the best "complete" software for the chiropractic office!  In today's market, with many "gadgets", it is easy for a new graduate to be persuaded to utilize other software that "appears" to have everything.  Unfortunately, what new graduates are not equipped to evaluate is the long term productivity for all aspects of the office (ease of data entry, billing, collections, and follow up just to name a few). An excellent chiropractic software is not just EHR with all the "enticing bells and whistles".  One aspect about the software that is a definite pro is that the system has built in capabilities of performing a singular task through different means based upon how you want your office to function.  This feature is exceptional as all offices function differently, having different procedures and different staff completing separate functions.   In the 30 years I have worked with this software, I have always been completely satisfied with the updates and especially the customer service.  Words can not express  the patience the customer service department has to solve any problem and take suggestions for future improvements.   Throughout the past 30 years, I have had the privilege to speak with many other offices about their software, only to find we definitely made the correct choice. I have been using EZBIS for over nine years now. I used another popular system in the past and it did not even compare. EZBIS has great customer service and - more importantly to me - it's easy to use. Other software could not support many different doctors and types of services, but this one allows me to accommodate chiropractic, acupuncture, and therapy codes and appointments. I like the color-coding options for appointments and the ease of billing. Billing happens with a click of the mouse, which is really easy! It also allows for popups and reminders for specific patients if needed.

Overall, I am extremely happy with the software and the service. I would definitely recommend it.

Only downside is we have a cash practice and cannot give a HCFA receipt on the day of service right to the patient.
