Pros

Nevertheless, it is a powerful system and a joy to use. I highly recommend Elation EMR for a small to medium sized practice looking for an easy-to-learn, easy-to-use system.
We tried two other EMRs before purchasing Elation and the difference between Elation and the other two is night and day. Elation is easy to use, intuitive, and helps us to be more productive.
I'm thrilled with all aspects of it and have been recommending it to every colleague who asks me which EMR to try. Fantastic product, great customer service.

Pros

Report tracking is quiet easy and I also love how it shows total reimbursements of self and team. The mobile app is easy to use and it's ability to take pictures of the bills is super helpful.
I'm a freelance consultant (Remote Web Developer) and I like the ease with which I can file my bills. It's just few clicks and it's all there filed in a beautiful application at the back end.
User friendly and clean UI is what I like the most. The best part is the email extension which saves a lot of time.

Cons

Unhappy only with mostly provider service when ongoing issues and cannot speak to live person. And lack of follow through on options such as online booking they had explicitly stated upon signing up.
Terrible customer service and no one takes responsibility.
I have been trying to deal with this problem since early May and it is now July 13. Incredibly frustrating and I would not recommend this product to other physicians.

Cons

There is no exit button on the Android app so I have to kill it everytime. The frequently used bills and start/ end points can be book marked.
There is no option to easily report rejection of the report.
FYLE does not support on Policy awareness on Portal and Mobile App auto fly does not work many time.
