Excellent Software

My clients have had better patient engagement using review requests and survey requests. Also, the Emitrr representatives are incredibly helpful and always willing to help.

Pros

I like that it has helped get a lot of my client new reviews. Every client who has this software has gotten positive reviews.

Cons

I would like training clips for the software. I would like to be able to look at videos if I forget how a certain feature works or how to better explain it to my clients and team members.

Emitrr is a great choice for nonprofit organizations

One of the things that sets Emitrr apart from other services we considered is the amazing customer service. When we had trouble setting up a text campaign, three of their employees helped us, and their whole team worked very hard and very quickly to solve the problem and implement the campaign. Every question I asked was answered. They really went out of their way to be helpful and kind. This was especially comforting to me as a new user without much technical knowledge. I felt/feel that they are always willing and ready to go out of their way to serve their customers. I highly recommend them.

Pros

The dashboard is simple and easy to use. The tools contained therein opened up a whole new world of communication to our medium-sized nonprofit organization. We just started using it, but were able to reach so many people directly, which we haven't been able to do before. We will also be using it for student communication, which we are very excited about. I also love how we are able to interact with our constituents much more easily.

Cons

I can't think of any at this time... so far it is very easy to use.

We have been using them for over a year now and we love it! They listen to customer feedback and the platform is always evolving. In behavioral health having the capability to respond to patients in time is most important and Emitrr has really changed the patient experience for us. We've seen a huge uptick in conversion with their texting capabilities.

Pros

The responsiveness by the Emittr team. If it did not have the capabilities, their team built them immediately. They are the most responsive team I've ever worked with.

Cons

The thing I like the least is that we didn't find them sooner.

Savvy Texting Tech Company Able To Automate Anything = Less Labor/More Efficiency/Happier Customer

When we began our abandoned call texting pilot, our objective was to understand how much opportunity was being lost because we couldn’t answer the phones. I’ve been able to see an 8% lift in appointments booked (33% from new patients) because of the tool. After seeing the data, we’ve discovered the need to automate and send texts for pre-auth and lab delivery notifications which will eliminate 5-10% of my non-value add calls. We are also looking at texting solutions to write-back into the EMR when patients want to cancel, confirm, ask for directions, pay a bill, etc. So the idea is that it will reduce labor in the call center.

Pros

Emitrr is very accommodating and willing to create automation tools outside the traditional scope of just providing abandoned call texting solutions.

Cons

Would like to see more written presentation of capabilities.

Emitrr is a fabulous addition to the business

Emitrr was a fabulous addition to our business as it sent customers appointment reminders and followed up on the service. It used traditional text messages instead of any social media service for all its task completions, which helped us penetrate even those customers who have not yet adopted the smartphone culture.

Pros

Emitrr is a fully automated intelligent assistant (almost like an actual human) for businesses in the local service. It can handle customer queries like service appointments, quotes, FAQs, etc.

Cons

In my experience, there are no downsides found with Emitrr and it works flawlessly.

HANDS DOWN BEST ZIPWHIP REPLACEMENT for small business

We used Zipwhip until it shut down, and I have to say that after over 30 demos from other companies we finally ended up trying Emitrr. I was mortified to switch from Zipwhip, it was so simple and easy to use. Most of the demos I tried for other companies were either way more complicated than we needed, wickedly overpriced for a small business, did not have a cell phone app extension (crucial for...

Pros

The transition to Emitrr from Zipwhip was so seamless that it was unbelievable, including our custom templates. They do all the prep work for the transition behind the scenes so there was--in our case--zero down time when we switched. I cannot stress this enough. The user interface is very similar. Customer service is exceptional, absolutely exceptional. There are customizable "folders" you can...

Cons

Emitrr needs to work on a few things. If you print a conversation for a medical record for instance, it is not currently possible to select just the current conversation, it will pull up all of a client's previous interactions with you. There are work arounds if you are good with .pdf's but it is time consuming. Also when these are printed, currently the photos are not included. The button labeled "send" should say "compose or write", this has confused a few employees until you get used to it. Finally, it is quite a bit more expensive than what we had in the budget for texting but at least we are extremely pleased with the service and see how we can use it more fully in the future.

Finally! A Great HIPAA Compliant Texting Platform

First and foremost, the platform's compliance with HIPAA regulations provides peace of mind. Safeguarding client information is of the utmost importance, and this platform has made it so easy to implement a channel for confidential communication. Cons

One of the primary issues I encountered was the inability to add or modify contact information. The platform provided limited fields for basic details such as name and phone number, but I found it frustrating that there was no option to include additional information without importing it from a spreadsheet.

Best Solution for Patient Interaction

Emittr’s on boarding was superior to other texting software companies. We found the platform to be user friendly for clients and internal staff. The live chat feature on website is outstanding.

Pros

The software has all capabilities our team needs to exercise cutting edge strategies for clients.

Cons

The only issue our team had was uploading telephone numbers from our CSV file but this was fixed instantly by Emittrs team in our Excel file.

very convenient, easy to navigate the platform, connected to my phone app and email for notifications.

Cons

2 Minutes Downtime

The nature of our business demands from us that we keep in touch with our drivers and customers at any part of the day, and we are able to do so with Emitrr.

Pros

Due to our previous software shutdown, our organization was forced to find alternatives for text messaging, Nova Lines liked the wide spectrum of features available for us to transition painlessly to Emitrr. Text messaging is easy to use due to its user-friendly interface and good organizational back-end of the contacts. The downtime for releasing the lines and transition was short enough since we are a 24/7 working business. Customer Support and our Rep([SENSITIVE CONTENT]) is taking care of any incoming inquiries and connecting through an instant meeting to assist.

Cons

You can't use as of now the customizable screenshot tool in-app(however, we are waiting for dev's to add this functionality)

Great platform for dental office

Great professional team of people willing to go above and beyond to make the platform as useful and customizable to your office. They listen to your concerns and try to understand the processes to make the best out of the software. There are flaws and bugs here and there but they’re quick to fix any issues. Great customer service. I’ve been recommending Emitrr to all our dental colleagues.

Pros

Emitrr was super easy to set up and use. We have not had any issues with Emitrr after we switched. The low price made it an easy decision to use Emitrr and we are very happy with our choice.

Cons

We only use the SMS functionality. It would be good if we could customize the settings and dashboard to eliminate all the other settings that we are not using to eliminate confusion with our employees.

When you schedule a mass text campaign, it would be helpful to be able to pick an exact calender date and time. Instead of having to list how many days/hours/minutes ahead you would like to the campaign to go out.

THE best texting service!

Thanks to Emitrr we are now reaching our congregation in a direct way and we can connect further with them.

Pros

The system is very easy to use. The customer service is amazing and fast. We selected Emitrr because we don't have to worry about the length or content of the text messages we want to send. We can send texts often, and manage contact groups very easily.

Cons

I would like to assign responses from a certain campaign directly to only one admin. I would like to be able to see our billing history and download receipts.
