A CRM with excellent support and a committed team

Overall they are an excellent team, I like the level of commitment to their clients and the use of the tool. They are always very willing people, or at least in my experience.

Pros

They have a team always ready to help you so that you can get the most out of the tool. I have tried other CRMs and Escala is one of the best in terms of support and follow-up. If you have well-defined processes, it will be your best ally. If you have not spent time setting up your own processes, it may be difficult for you, however, they aim to ensure that their applicability has a short gap.

Cons

It still doesn't address security issues for sales teams with high turnover. I know the roles exist, but I do feel that there are security gaps that have not been covered.
