Overall experience is FANTASTIC!!! Program is pheromonal.
EXYM is a use friendly system that allows for case notes, reminders, internal communication, patient information access, attendance, test results...you name it!!! It's THERE!!!! Right at your fingertips with ease and proficiency--
Need more options for patient criteria to auto populate.

It is helpful to have electronic access to notes and information on a case.
Ease of access to information with just internet and I no longer need to be connected the Agency server.
Cannot have more than one note open at a time.

My overall experience has been a positive one. I am able to review and check data quickly and I can easily access reports from the system in real time.
I like the ease of use with EXYM the most.
Initially it was the password process but now my agency has made it a simpler sign in process.

I have work intense hours to complete notes. I am exhausted because as a therapist I feel like I am working in an factory assembly line where productivity its more important than Carpel Tunnel or Burnout /Fatigue plus eyesight problems due to the small size of letterings.
The Client's Assessment page is crowded but easy to understand and complete
Progress note entry design. It's lengthy . It will be better to have check boxes and 2-3 lines to write an overall progress.

Working as an admin clerk it is easy to create charts, upload items, and services logs.
At this time it would be the client communications becoming overfilled with reminder texts. Once the communications are filled no more texts are sent out.

I love EXYM - I have been using EXYM since I started with SMRS in 2015
EXYM is a comprehensive EHR system - However, with CalAIM, we are looking forward to seeing the latest reports that provide our mgmt. team with productivity numbers.
The lapse of data in real time that our management team needs - CalAIM, ughhhhh - And sometimes, overall updates and or changes are communicated last minute

They need to come out with daily bulletins and let us agencies know what is going on and what they are doing in the back end.
I'm still getting to know the system. We've been with Exym for not even a year.
Customer Service is all through email. Can't talk to a live person. It takes days for them to respond with an answer. No call center. I tried batching our billing claims and could not. I found out later they stopped all batching. They should of let us know what they were doing.

I would recommend Exym and would use the system in the future.
I think the system is user-friendly and the layout makes sense.
It does take a while to get a response from the help desk which has held up our billing practices.

My overall experience with Exym has been good for the most part. There are some things that I find difficult to maneuver.
I like that charting and billing within the system is user friendly.
The wait time for a Open Ticket and how Medicare billing isn't something within the system and has to be purchased by a 3rd party to Exym system.

Exym's tools for making claims and reconciling those claims with MediCal/Medcaid has been very useful and their support in the process beneficial.
Exym has been a reliable and stable EHR with little disruption to our workflow during the common workday. Updates and bug fixes occur when we are not needing access and is done with advance notice to plan accordingly.
Features at times feel "clunky" and not intuitive creating a greater need for training and follow up with users in the organization.

The overall experience has been good and difficult. The learning curve to use the system is tough but once you understand the components, it is a very useful system.
The software has made billing the County simple and efficient. This was process would have been expensive without Exym.
The activity templates are limiting in how documents are created.

Overall, EXYM has bee a great company to work with.
EXYM support team and customer account representatives are excellent and so helpful. EXYM has assisted in providing extra trainings, support, and attentive during a time of staff turnover at the agency. The price is affordable for a smaller agency such as ours.
As a clinical user of this system and supervisor, the dashboard and user-friendliness could have improvements. There are too many steps to get to tasks that are done frequently and often slow down time.

Whatever is thrown at us Exym helps us handle. Electronic signatures? Check. Telehealth? Integrated Zoom.New county consent forms? Check. Client Portal? Check.
I worked for an agency in 2010 or 11 and we were one of Exym's first users in LA County. I have since used Exym at every agency I have worked at since. The two things that I was the most impressed with at the beginning was how user friendly it was and the amazing customer service Exym provided. I still am. I have trained many, many, many people on Exym and the first thing I tell them is we can...
I don't think there is such a thing as a perfect product. Software design does have its limitations. The thing I have always liked the least is that certain things can't be changed because it is programmed for all users.

My overall experience with Exym has been excellent. The integration team provided exceptional support, making the transition to Exym seamless and effortless. One of the most significant benefits has been the ease of billing, which has significantly improved since implementing the software. Overall, Exym has proven to be a valuable addition to our operations, enabling us to streamline our workflows and better serve our clients.
What I like most about this osftware is its user-friendly interface, which makes it easy for me to navigate and use. The customization options are also helpful in tailoring the software to my speciifc needs. Additionally, the customer support and integration team are responsive and helpful.
One potential drawback is that, as with any new software, there is a learning curve for staff members who are not familiar with electronic health records systems. This can be frustrating and time-consuming, especially during the initial implementation phase. However, Exym provides training and support to help agencies and staff members get up to speed on the software, and over time, the learning curve should become less steep.

I enjoy using Exym for our EMR's and the software overall. We have not switch to the new User Interface yet. However, I do like the fact that people may prefer the current version and so the capabilities to switch back and forth is awesome. I'd like to give special thanks to both [sensitive content hidden] in Support for always providing great service.
I'm still new to the system since I started using Exym more often these last several months. Many of the features are simple to use, but it is a learning curve on where to locate those features. Plus, the Exym Support team demonstrates their attentiveness to my request when I need to locate a feature.
The downside is that there are times when it takes a while to generate a response for my requests. It would be awesome if the turnaround-time response could be generated more promptly. Also, since i am new, is understanding how notes are intertwined and quite sensitive to dates being entered into EMR's. Which can you leave scratching your head trying to figure out as a new user.

Process is less time consuming when it comes to reconciliation claims vs revenue / payments
The fact that our users / providers find the system easy to navigate
It needed additional features to bring the system up to the current and future technology standards; however the developers are rapidly catching up with new upgrades and improvements.

It has been great. We have been a customer for over 10 years. We had a few iterations of the Drug Medical Model and Exym has always been there to support us. They have the boutique feel of inclusiveness with their customer but can match the knowledge and expertise of the bigger EHR companies.
I like that during setup they tailored the usage and flow of the EHR based on our needs. Unlike other EHR where you either fit your operations to their software or it's not going to work. Exym has always been flexible on how things are configured and very open to suggestion.
There is growth to be had on the reporting side of Exym. This is not to say Exym reports are not useful (they are). I understand there will be more enhancement in the future and will be updating my review once they are live.

Overall experience with EXYM has been very positive. The support team is very helpful in answering questions when I have them, and are very responsive to my questions.
I continue to learn more about the possibilities and capabilities of the version of EXYM we have. As we continue to increase possibilities (client portal, electronic signature, Zoom) and other features, the greater the program appears to be.
It took a while to get used to finding certain areas and reports when first getting started. Have since learned terminology used, but frustrating at the beginning.

I feel entirely supported by my team of EXYM employees. Transitioning to a new EHR was a big decision. It kept me up at night, stressing about whether EXYM was the right decision. I sleep much better now because I know EXYM was the right choice. My implementation partner [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was the greatest. She took her time explain all the various components of the system which enable my organization to create a system that really works for us.
We transitioned from a County system which did not allow the organization to make updates as needed. We could only have the updates the County wanted us to have. We can customize our templates.
The system can do much more than I know how to do. The manual and how-to guides could use some improvements.

Good overall.
Overall good customer support and communication regarding changes; They have been great about staying on top of the many changes coming in regulations and requirements from funders.
Some workflows are not intuitive; It would be great to have more on demand tutorials and training; Would like to have a better way to capture clients enrolled in multiple programs.

The ability to chart client progress is vital. Once setup, it's easy to navigate and pretty intuitive. The customer care is top notch. You can create a help ticket or post a question in a forum and always receive feedback.
Whenever there is something our organization comes across that needs updating or changes, we're able to reach out and find answers which may include creating a new process or the folks at Exym are able to teach us how to better use the system.

Exym has changed our agency for the better. Overall, it has been a great experience. Our patients get better care because everything we need is included in Exym and that streamlines care for our clients. Clinicians have more time to focus on the clients and less time is spent looking for charts, paperwork, etc. I am confident that our unique challenges can come to a resolution.
Ease of use, even for those with limited computer experience. Able to find everything within a client's chart at once. The ability to capture live client signatures. Clinicians can use Exym from home which made working from home during Covid simple and we had no down time. Our clients had a continuum of care with no interruptions. All forms can be customized and building forms is simple and can be done quickly. Forms can be tailored for supervisor review, QA review, ,etc.
Integration was not difficult. We have been customers since 2012 so it is difficult to remember what our agency looked like without Exym. Watching Exym grow has created some challenges. Customer service and the support desk is not as responsive as they once were. At times, it is hard to get questions answered and solutions to some of our problems are simply not addressed or responses get lost in translation.

Our experience has been seamless and excellent. There has been ZERO downtime with the system and Exym is constantly making upgrades on a weekly basis in response to feedback they receive from its customers. They truly care about their customers and the work that we do! I have no regrets choosing Exym as the electronic health record system for our large organization.
The customer service you receive from Exym is outstanding! They are incredibly accommodating and highly responsive. They value customer service - this is not the same with so many other platforms/software companies. They go through extraordinary measures to obtain frequent feedback and apply it toward feature upgrades on a weekly basis. Also, the system was intuitive to configure before implementation and easy to train to! It is user-friendly and many steps above our previous system.
The treatment plan functionality can be cumbersome, but no system can be perfect. Also, the forms built within are not the prettiest when printed out on paper, but I know they are working toward making modifications to improve this. They seem to strive toward perfection, which is all one can ask for!
