Pros

FireNote makes my life SIMPLE. As the HR manager, it is easy to keep tabs on the pulse of my team with the real-time trends & graphs that FireNote populates (for employees & patients). Timesheets, mileage tracking, all of the payroll items are easy to pull. What's even more exciting is how FAST training new employees gets to be with FireNote! The program is so user-friendly that new team members pick it up within minutes and can jump into their new role with ease!

Cons

I have had a positive experience with all aspects of FireNote. If I have questions or issues, I can submit a support ticket from the screen I am working on in FireNote and it is always resolved quickly.
