The care package is operated by knowledgeable and experienced staff.
This product helps me stay focused on my health and fitness. It presents clear messages and encouragement to track my goals and complete my tasks.
The battery does not have a great life span and I am required to recharge often. I would like more wrist band options that were not plastics.

I use Fitbit myself, and with patients. Monitoring heart rate, oxygen level, and activity/sleep with only one small wrist worn device is highly beneficial. Newer Fitbit models are equipped with EDA scan and ECG. It can identify and alert to AFIB.I was not satisfied with the alarm feature. I had intended on using it as my daily alarm as well as a reminder later in the day. The vibration is weak! If I don't have the device synched down as tight as I can, I don't feel the alarm at all. The alarms cannot be named, making them not as useful as they could be.
- Monitor vitals, daily activity level, and sleep habits without corded and bulky machines.- Remotely access data.- Community features, work out together.- Mental wellness features.
- Not as reliable or accurate as hands on monitoring.- Device, subscription, data or wifi, and smart phone needed. Expensive.- Drains phone battery. Patients forget to sync.- Features vary by Fitbit device.

It's very easy to learn. You can pick it up in just an hour or so.
I don't have issues with the software. The hardware though is not the most durable.

Im so familiar with fitbit that I always love the new products
I actually won an apple watch in a pitch competition and I was excited to use it, but once i did, i reverted to my fitbit watch. Perhaps because I am older, I cant see the icons on the apple watch as well. But I gave the watch to a much younger coworker and she loves it. So, maybe my review is age specific. But I honestly love the fitbit products. I keep going back to them.
I honestly have no issues with my watch. It has more functionality than I use but my 2023 resolution is to learn to get the most from it!

My work does a walking challenge every year and by participating you can get discounts on your health insurance. Using Fitbit is the easiest way to keep track of my steps that I have to turn in weekly. And if there any questions I’ll have to do is open the app and show it to the people in charge. It is easy to use and the tracker was not overly expensive
I have not encountered any issues with this software. But I do find that it works best to sync with your device daily
