The care package is operated by knowledgeable and experienced staff.
This product helps me stay focused on my health and fitness. It presents clear messages and encouragement to track my goals and complete my tasks.
The battery does not have a great life span and I am required to recharge often. I would like more wrist band options that were not plastics.

I use Fitbit myself, and with patients. Monitoring heart rate, oxygen level, and activity/sleep with only one small wrist worn device is highly beneficial. Newer Fitbit models are equipped with EDA scan and ECG. It can identify and alert to AFIB.I was not satisfied with the alarm feature. I had intended on using it as my daily alarm as well as a reminder later in the day. The vibration is weak! If I don't have the device synched down as tight as I can, I don't feel the alarm at all. The alarms cannot be named, making them not as useful as they could be.
- Monitor vitals, daily activity level, and sleep habits without corded and bulky machines.- Remotely access data.- Community features, work out together.- Mental wellness features.
- Not as reliable or accurate as hands on monitoring.- Device, subscription, data or wifi, and smart phone needed. Expensive.- Drains phone battery. Patients forget to sync.- Features vary by Fitbit device.

It's very easy to learn. You can pick it up in just an hour or so.
I don't have issues with the software. The hardware though is not the most durable.

Im so familiar with fitbit that I always love the new products
I actually won an apple watch in a pitch competition and I was excited to use it, but once i did, i reverted to my fitbit watch. Perhaps because I am older, I cant see the icons on the apple watch as well. But I gave the watch to a much younger coworker and she loves it. So, maybe my review is age specific. But I honestly love the fitbit products. I keep going back to them.
I honestly have no issues with my watch. It has more functionality than I use but my 2023 resolution is to learn to get the most from it!

My work does a walking challenge every year and by participating you can get discounts on your health insurance. Using Fitbit is the easiest way to keep track of my steps that I have to turn in weekly. And if there any questions I’ll have to do is open the app and show it to the people in charge. It is easy to use and the tracker was not overly expensive
I have not encountered any issues with this software. But I do find that it works best to sync with your device daily

My health insurance provider has a program that rewards me cash for taking at least 7500 steps a day. They integrate with the FitBit program automatically which makes it very easy for me to transfer the data and claim my reward.
The software is free and integrates with FitBit wrist devices. I get to see a variety of metrics that are created off of the basic information that is synchronized with my wrist device.
On the iPhone App, it seems to take a long time to sync with my device. This indicator sometimes shows it syncing for several minutes even though I sync the data daily. Not sure why.

I like the notifications and move notices throughout my day. I can easily track my activity throughout the day and know where I can improve! Easily link up with friends and coworkers for friendly competitions.
I've used both fitbit and apple fitness, and tend to lean towards my apple watch and apple fitness. Wish the app/interface had more capabilities comparable.

I have been able to find help for myself that also can be shared on my page to help others. So many people get overwhelmed or afraid to talk about issues that with sharing what I learn they see they are not alone.
There are so many free options to help with physical and mental health. And the paid version is affordable. Love the options I can choose from when trying to get help with things like sleep and walking. Has challanges I can do to help give me a boost in striving to do better. I can interact with others and have that support I need to keep trying. Articles to read and recipes too that I can share on my page to help my followers.
I do get some people that add me to help with their journey but then they spam me with thinking its for dating . Get people you can tell are catfishing people. Be nice if there was a way for the app to verify who people are .

Amazing what this measures. Not sure it is totally accurate.
Amazing what those engineers measure in this little wrist-worn device: so many body functions. The software helps to sort it all out and present it in an understandable and relevant fashion. It gives actionable suggestions based upon the readings.
It took me awhile to get it up and running. Not sure it measures my sleep stats as accurately as I would like and that is actually helpful. It misses many nights of sleep.

My overall experience is positive, I love tracking my activity, it keeps me motivated to stay healthy, which is very important to me. Everyone should have one.
I love using my Fitbit, I carry it with me 24/7 and has incredible features. My favorite is that it tracks my steps. It's so important to see how active you stay all day and I love the goals that are set for you, whether it's reaching 9 hours of activity (Easy!) or 10,000 steps a day (I deserve some claps, I reach this goal in my 1b1b at least 4 times a week) . You can also track your workouts, and...
What I like the least is that it has some apps that are added without even asking me, and honestly, I don't use them and don't care for them, like Strava or Pandora. I'm not sure why they're there, maybe they're partners or sponsors? I don't know. I also don't like that there is a basic and a premium account. I paid over $100 for my Fitbit, therefore I should be entitled to access all the features with no extra charge. If I need to upgrade, I would just buy a new one. This just makes me want to get a much more simple tracker with just a few features.

Its awesome to know that all across the world you can meet people with common goals of trying to stay or get healthy and are there to get you going. It is great to have my routine of opening my app a seeing where I am in my daily challenge with friends I have made through Fitbit and the chance of being this week.
Beside getting statistics of health there is the interaction with others individuals with like mind goals to sleeping, eating, and health. A must for those individuals who have a competitive drive, you friend others and challenge them in daily, weekly, or weekend challenges to get the best of you and them.
The conns with product is lately younger individuals who pop up and with the content of certain jokes that some adults have it may not be appropriate for children. Not enough screening on what should be seen or said on Fitbit items should be removed quickly and certain people should be banned for trying to make this into a dating site.

Ever since using Fitbit, I haven't been as worried about not sleeping, and I have been motivated to exercise more.
I love how Fitbit tells you how well you have slept, what your pulse is like and other things that are good to know about one's own health.
There is more information that I wish the app could provide for free, but one has to pay for a membership with Fitbit Premium to get that info. I wish that was free.

I think that information well analyzed could tell us a lot about our present a future health. This is the way
There are wereables. There is a lot of info. Here is one way to have everythng recorded, analyzed. It's the future of health adminitration.
It wold be great to get more and more info about us. Blood pressure, glucose, oxygen, etc. Everything in "the blender" could tell us a lot about our health and patterns.

it was good and since its part of fitbit health solutions, it is very easy to access.
They give you personalised health indicators and keep track my sleep, activities within the day, heart rate and other health metrics.
So far they are very useful for me especially the tracking activity but the health coaching could have been more broad and more user friendly.

In general I am an avid user of Fitbit and have been for at least 10 years and 3+ trackers.
I use Fitbit at least once a day and it allows me to track my fitness levels. It is a great app.
It does not keep my sleep hours and I periodically have to call them to get my Inspire HR reset.

If mine broke tomorrow I'd go get another!
Fitbit wrist watch allows me to read text messages from my employees without having to take out my phone.
The Fitbit model I use only reads me the first sentence of the message and doesn't allow me to text back.

Easy to integrate with phone. It has interesting features about sleep quality. Notifications are useful to stay active. Helps to monitor the intake of calories. Encourages with badges and provide motivation to do exercise. Also receive call, mail and message alerts when phone is somewhere inside the bag.
Having Bluetooth always open leads to poor security.

Fitbit has been a game changer for me my insurance company provided it to me for free. I am now walking 15 to 20 miles per week. L feel the difference and love using Fitbit
I like the ease of use for Fitbit health I mostly use it for monitoring my fitness walking reporting it to my health insurance company and taking advantage of guided meditations. Learning the app was easy and I have had zero problems with it.
I would like to employ more features but have not as of yet. Besides that everything seems to work well.

I was no used to track my daily life, but Fitbit helped me to get in shape and get better habits. Highly recommended!
Fitbit is so easy to use, it is its most strong attribute. You do not need a lot of equipments or a heavy software in order to start use FitBit. You can track your excercise, sleep time, rest time and performance during work so easy and comfortable.
Maybe a little bit more of capacity to save some information in wrist band is necessary. In some cases I can't carry my celphone, so some information got lost.

I'm excited to use Fitbit tracker with Fitbit Care and definitely will continue to use it.
When you see your daily activity statistics, feedback, e.g. steps count, sleep, you are more motivated to reach goals. Especially in lockdown times it helped me to keep stay more healthier.
I didn't have any problems with applications. But so that I'm not using too much features, it would be better to have some favourite activities in app.

I like the simplicity of the design. It's not too complicated or distracting. Keeping the key functions to the minimum which helps me to stay focused and motivated.
Easy to use product, app is super intuitive and I love the sleep and fitness trackers as well as fitness milestone notifications.
Wish the premium features are a little cheaper. Only did a one month trial, didn't see enough pros to keep the premium subscription.

I appreciate the Fitbit as it helps me keep track of my daily activity. Having it has made me more vigilant about my health.
I use the Fitbit app for free on my smartphone and also the Fitbit device. It gives me the basic information that I need. It keeps track of my activity level, heart rate, and weight. The device also keeps track of my nutritional intake and my sleep patterns. The free information that I receive from this device is all that I need at this point in my life.
Fitbit works better with the Fitbit device compared to my smartphone. If you want more features, you will have to pay for the premium package, which is a monthly membership.
