I like the ease of inputting information; especially with the ability to save things that don't change a lot, such as times of session and dx.

It is user friendly, easy to access students and be able to use previous notes. Overall good experience.

GoClaim is a comprehensive billing system, that is easy to use with individual or group billing. It is also easy to track student/therapist absent days.

My only complaint would be that my district continues to have to manually input all student demographics.

The more familiar I get with this program, I find it more convenient and easy to use. I would recommend this program for any group that is billing for services.

Reaching out to communicate with both of them has been great. They always responded quickly and helped problem solve anything in a timely manner.

Excellent!  I have had to utilize GoClaim with my last two employers and always appreciated the on site training they used to have.  Questions could be answered right there right then, new system information was presented and you could put a face with a name serving your organization and area.

I have been using Goclaim for about 5 years now. I feel comfortable using Go claim and look forward to its ease of use and functionality it has been a good experience. I also feel confident when calling customer support. They are also easily accessible and are able to solve any issue in real time when I need immediate help. Overall, it’s been positive. Sometimes I wish they’d give us a few more minutes when we walk away from some nothing worse than starting to type your note get sidetracked because someone asked a question and we’re away from the computer for more than five minutes and then when you go to save the note or something, it completely disappears and logs you out.
