Ease of use and Design. We don't have to train people to use Health cloud. 2.

Cons

I felt a price is bit high as compared to SaaS products. More functionality like auto scrapping would be really useful anyday.

I feel comfortable recommending this product to any office. I think they would be able to use the templates and customization to suit the offices' needs.

Pros

The format s easier to read, less eye strain.

Cons

almost too cute icons, Some of the transitions have these little cartoons. Maybe this is targeting the younger workforce.
