The implementation team was great when we were getting this started as they were very helpful and answered all of our questions.

This product was recommended by our CPA who uses it for his own office. That recommendation was good enough for us and it has proven to be an invaluable asset to our business.

I never criticize publicly about an organization but this one was so very unprofessional and even made worse by the outrageous fees they charge.

Great service, great app, great website. User friendly, leaves me with no questions after checking my breakdowns every pay period.

It can be a problem to login to the work site which is frustrating when trying to clock in or clock out on time.

Just about everything else. Its not user-friendly, its customer service is terrible and we get so many complaints for employees, as the admin I have limited resources to help.

We are a month into the implementation process with Paychex and just processed our very first payroll. So far the experience with Paychex and their implementation team has been outstanding.

It's easy to use daily, and everything is very easy to find. I like that I can find any documents I need to sign, and complete them with ease.

I guess the positive is that it looks nice visually. It gives you the info you are looking for with some searching.

Paychex Flex offers a variety of functions and features that are ideal to our company. The on boarding was easy thanks to their great support team.

Paychex Flex allows you to see all of your paychecks in one place, see deductions, tax documents,  as well as other information like your employment anniversary. The app is wonderful as well.

Overall expereince was great. Userfriendly and worth the money.

Then I started a new job where they use PayChex, talk about old and outdated. I hate that I literally have to ask someone to change the taxes for one of our employees and I can't do it myself.

It is a perfect portal for all those things and more. It's really easy and intuitive to move from one dashboard to the next.

For the most part, Paychex Flex is a wonderful integrated HRIS product. It is truly full cycle, from recruiting to succession planning, training, through the end of employment.

As an employee user, I found Paychex to be the most difficult software of this type to use. It's clunky and hard to find what you are looking for.

I like that it is easy to use, is an app on your phone, where I am able to have access to all of my money management in one place.

However, Paychex does promote these positions very rapidly. It seems like any time I am assigned a knowledgeable payroll account manager, they are promoted.

It's been great growing my practice with Healthie - What they say is true - You really do increase your income with them (if you work hard and use their great all-in-one features).

My clients absolutely love the chat and photo food journaling features. They also love that all information entered into the system is secure.

The customer service is terrible and the pricing is not clear from the start. They kept adding charges with no explanation.

Overall experience with Healthie is that it is a very user friendly platform and I am comfortable using it with clients knowing that they are going to understand and benefit from the platform too.

Love the Customer service and see how Healthie has grown since I began as a founding member. At times I am tempted to test competiton(Practice Better) however  I still recommend Healthie.

Absolutely warm, wonderful, responsive, friendly, supportive from day one.

With Healthie, I can manage my clients pretty much with my phone throughout the day. It continues to become a better app every month and i am excited for the integration of retail sales next month.

This product offer terrible customer support. There are no phone numbers to call anyone to get your questions answered.

Their responses are prompt and thorough. Healthie has been a very smart investment for my growing business, and I would recommend it to any of my colleagues.

They make it very easy get answers, they handle issues quickly and they look for our input on product improvement. Also like that there is one service and it is not tiered.

With Healthie, I now have everything I need in one place - and I can access my account from anywhere, including my phone. The mobile app is a lifesaver.

Terrible customer support. My patients can book online which is convenient, but I've never experienced a software product that feel so far short of its developer's claims.

Is friendly, and not difficult to use,  is a good source for info.

Ease of use, communicate easily with patients, monitor progress, integration with Fullscript and Fitbit.

Modules should be listed as "Module 1" rather than "Day 1" as it is confusing for the client.

Assistance with building forms is also very good.

This is my number one most important investment in regards to the daily functioning of my business. This online space is essentially my office while working from home.

Mostly I’m impressed with the customer support team. I had to switch platforms due to income, but when I switched I lost all of my clients progress notes.
