Heno  has been an amazing software and EMR system to work with. Their customer service is top notch and their responsiveness to questions and issues has also been superb.

Now, when a customer is issued a two-way digital fax number, which can send and receive faxes within HENO, our staff personally tests the fax number by both sending and receiving test faxes to ensure they work smoothly. Regarding HENO's contract, HENO provides free training and onboarding to customers, so the contract length ensures the competitive pricing and free training and onboarding HENO offers remain economically feasible.

Ease of Use

The reps at HENO have been fabulous. Always get answers to questions within hours. They were SUPER helpful with a lot of hand holding during the set up/changing of the systems. It is very reasonably cost for everything you get. I would definitely recommend. 

It's a great system

Excellent.  I have been a therapist for 39 years and have been on paper charts.  So to change this late in the game was scary.  I was fairly convinced it would be painful but I liked the team right away and they really delivered for our clinic and I am seeing better reimbursement because the software is very organized and there are less errors and our biller is on top of any problem.  Our documentation is much improved because of the prompting to do re evals and the ease of documentation.

Selecting an EMR is a high-stakes decision. I wanted to ensure that we had an integrated platform that my staff could learn quickly, would be easily integrated with billing services, and could grow with us for long-term use, but that wouldn't be cost-prohibitive for our non-profit. After utilizing the system for almost a year, I am thrilled that we decided to partner with HENO. Even though we are a small contract, I've never FELT like a small contract. We required substantial support initially, and the HENO staff was incredibly patient, thorough, and systematic.   I have never had to wait for a HENO response for more than a few minutes. I would recommend HENO without reservation.

Kristen, We genuinely appreciate you taking time to post a review.  Thanks so much! To clarify, you can copy an appointment forward by clicking the clipboard check-mark on the lower left hand side of an appointment that is already scheduled, and then paste that appointment wherever you click your mouse next.  Then, you can click "create and copy" to paste that appointment, and copy it forward again.  The system will allow you to continue doing that perpetually assuming you don't want to set recurring appointments.  Let us know if you need a hand with this feature. :-)

PS- HENO just added a preview button to the template builder so that should make your life much easier :-). 

We switched to HENO because we wanted the billing service and a robust system. While it is a robust system, we had a few issues that made it difficult to use at times. We had a decent amount of trouble with the billing service. For example, they would call one of our payers and just take the standard answer they got instead of investigating whether what the rep said was actually true. We considered removing the billing service and just doing the EMR, but that was pretty expensive so we decided to just switch.

EMR was okay, billing service wasn't worth the money

We are glad we went with Heno! So far so good but above all else, having an actual person we can reach to problem solve or ask questions is truly why I have enjoyed Heno so much or even took the time to leave this review because I think excellent work deserves to be recognized! Truly, we appreciate the help so much. We feel supported and although I think we can be a burden, [sensitive content hidden] never makes us feel that way. 

We are grateful to have [sensitive content hidden] as our account manager! She is our employee of the month because we couldn't do this without her! 

Overall, a very robust and user-interface friendly EMR for medium to larger Physical Therapy practices, particularly if they offer additional wellness services. Considering that, I strongly recommend it to the right practice.

Very happy with the module.  It is very user friendly and very rarely goes down.  Maintenance seems to be done on the weekends so there is little to no disruption.

If you are like me, you are trying to find a solution to an imperfect system, and thinking about taking a leap of faith and signing on to a platform that seems to offer everything you need. It doesn't. And when you realize it, and want to get out of the contract, you will find that this company will hold you responsible for the value of the whole 18-month contract, whether it bankrupts you or not. Not worth it. Please steer clear. I read similar reviews before I signed on and did not heed them. This company is a major lemon.

Regarding the HENO contract, part of what enables us to offer more features than most companies, along with free training and onboarding, is the contracts we sign with our customers. Contracts help us ensure our software is delivered in an economically feasible manner while also clearly establishing terms for both parties.

This software has a lot of flexibility and has my day-to-day much more manageable.

Our experience with HENO has provided an overall sense of satisfaction and enhanced operational efficiency.   The process flow has been well thought out.   Tasks that previously involved multiple steps and manual interventions can be accomplished with a few clicks.  This has been a time saver and has also minimized the risk of errors that often accompany manual processes.

Awesome overall, a few glitches with notes being erased, but ALWAYS responsive help 

The support team is accessible and attentive and all questions are answered promptly.  New enhancements and features are released every few months which are always beneficial.  It has been a very positive experience working with the HENO team.
