Pros

I enjoy how quickly charting has become, it's easy to navigate and pretty straight forward.
Love the reports, the ease of use and the quick responses from customer service.
Overall, MUMMS is a good program, converting over to Hummingbird have several issues. It is easy to learn and easily introduce to new employees.

Pros

We switched to Charm when Practice Fusion moved from their free model. Honestly, I like this software better.
After that we jumped in with both feet. The price is good, the telehealth is fabulous and the billing and eRx were easy to get started.
Overall I am very pleased with charm. It is ease to use, offers lots of reports and analytics, and everything is contained.

Cons

The horrible interface, the lack of basic input masks for dates, the above mentioned positive is also a negative, as they don't talk to each other very well.
Sometimes information gets stuck in the server.
No graphing as far as trending vitals etc. Can’t chart with mobile app offline.

Cons

We have pracitioners that work in multiple facilities and it can be confusing to keep track of thier schedules.
Worst customer service I've experienced, possibly ever.
This can be bad if you have a high number of low-fee visits (like ancillary services). This may make it difficult to estimate how much it costs per month.
