Pros

I enjoy how quickly charting has become, it's easy to navigate and pretty straight forward.
Love the reports, the ease of use and the quick responses from customer service.
Overall, MUMMS is a good program, converting over to Hummingbird have several issues. It is easy to learn and easily introduce to new employees.

We are happy to say this as a satisfied customer for over five years, and our experience so far has been nothing short of excellent.

Cons

The horrible interface, the lack of basic input masks for dates, the above mentioned positive is also a negative, as they don't talk to each other very well.
Sometimes information gets stuck in the server.
No graphing as far as trending vitals etc. Can’t chart with mobile app offline.

Cons

When you're used to clicking, and hovered you're mouse and the drop down box appear and you accidentally click, it disappears and you have to hover again, so on.
Save's our time trying to figure out which tab it goes. The only thing that for me is a little bit inconvenient is the hovering over the tabs and selecting whatever tasks that you wanted to do.
One other thing their transition to the new release was smooth and less painful.
