Pros

Support staff are very helpful and always available. ICAN Notes is affordable and has been a good investment for my practice.
The support and training that has been provided to our team has been fantastic. The ease of use had made transition for new hires to acclimate and provide quality documentation.
The ease and functionality of the electronic health system is helpful for new employees. Also, the availability to create customized areas that are suited to your company's needs is superb.

Pros

We use Sevocity in our medical Practice and can clearly say we love our EHR. It is easy to use and anytime we have any questions we can always call.they have very nice helpful representatives.
We have used this product for 5 years now, we are very happy with our selection. We receive excellent support, training and guidance from the customer service team.
Ability to customize many areas of the software. You can add templates and forms and they help you do it ALL.

Cons

They seemed clueless of how to transfer data. They were unable to transfer records from a group practice without having to recreate the entire record.
I canceled SFAX due to poor customer service and excessive cost, and ongoing failed faxes. Approximately 6-10 in any given day.
The servers often go down, and on multiple occasions data has been lost due to this. The calendar is cumbersome, and SLOW.

Cons

If I could get out, I would. The fact that one person only can be in the chart is ridiculous.
I also have a problem with everyone being able to get into functions that only Administrators should have, such as merging.
My only regret is that I didn’t purchase it when I first learned of it years ago.
