Pros

Support staff are very helpful and always available. ICAN Notes is affordable and has been a good investment for my practice.
The support and training that has been provided to our team has been fantastic. The ease of use had made transition for new hires to acclimate and provide quality documentation.
The ease and functionality of the electronic health system is helpful for new employees. Also, the availability to create customized areas that are suited to your company's needs is superb.

Pros

Therasoft Help Center is always on top of addressing tickets. Our rep is AMAZING!!!!! Wonderful support, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.
Good Ease of use, good help with videos of how to use. Customer assist was good for getting up and running when I knew little going into it.
That they attended session, they paid for session and notes on session completed. I can easily see outstanding balances on individual clients as well as over all summary of outstanding money owed.

Cons

They seemed clueless of how to transfer data. They were unable to transfer records from a group practice without having to recreate the entire record.
I canceled SFAX due to poor customer service and excessive cost, and ongoing failed faxes. Approximately 6-10 in any given day.
The servers often go down, and on multiple occasions data has been lost due to this. The calendar is cumbersome, and SLOW.

Cons

A colleague warned me about the billing and loss of patient information that he had with this company.
Occasionally, there are technological problems that can only be resolved by the developers. In fairness, these tech problems have been minor (not major - no lost notes, files, whole narratives).
They did take some money off of my one bill, but I never collected on all the claims that were not filed in a timely manner. This was on Therasoft so why did I have to eat the loss.
