Pros

Pros

I love that I can look up people in the system and it keeps track of where they been and how many places they go. I also love that it is so easy to use.
I use it everyday at work to keep track of clients. I was so impressed with this software that I telephoned my Mother and told her how wonderful it is and she should suggest it to the church board.
What I liked most about this software was how user friendly it was and easy to see all the assistance each client has received. I also find the Bulletin feature extremely helpful.

Cons

Cons

Identifying the most needy in our community. Avoiding those who would abuse the system.
Cant think of anything I am displeased with. Regret more people are not inputting their info.
The only complaint I have is the form we use to enter in Charity Tracker for "Participant Rights and Responsibilities" there is no where in the form where the Client has a place to sign.
