Pros

Pros

In general we are very happy with RxNT, and the support ans assistance we receive always with a smile. Every issue we have ever had has been addressed in a timely manner and resolved quickly.
Great reports to keep your office on top of meaningful use. By far the best EHR company out there.
We had a limited time frame to implement this and they were wonderful. They were so patient and helpful with our team.

Cons

Cons

Slows you down significantly. Too often you get error report with loss of vital data.
Unfortunately, I am no longer a subscriber to RxNT and I am forced to use eClinicalWorks. I was using RxNT alongside of eClinicalWorks, but the medical director stopped me from doing that.
More tabbing instead of mouse click while posting charges and pymts is needed for mandatory fields but is totally workable as is.
