Implementation specialist was a former health care provider and understood the workflow/roles and responsibilities of various providers which made creating and customizing templates easy. She was able to provide helpful suggestions regarding formatting and flow. 

InSync EMR review

In the four months leading up to transitioning from TherapyNotes to InSync, I have probably interacted with 10 different staff at InSync--all of whom have been remarkably knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. A special shout-out to Implementation Specialist [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who was the primary person helping to configure the software and prepare us to "Go Live" with it on 8/17/21--i.e., the date we stopped using TherapyNotes and began using InSync.

Our experience has been great.  The support we received from the implementation team has been amazing.  Our issues were addressed usually within 1 business day and there were very few things that we wanted that the system could not do.  Our team was very engaging with us and extremely patient, even as we continue with last minute changes.

Overall our experience has been painful- we had allot of turnover with who we were working with and we had over 9 months of building out our program before it was useable. 

If you practice is complex- look elsewhere for software 

The building and launch process has been great.  I had a weekly meeting with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] that was driven by what we needed as a practice.  Everything was individualized for our practice.  If there was an area that insync didn't have she took notes to pass on for possible enhancements later on.
