I love being able to send my intake and various forms to clients. This saves time in the initial consultation and the client feels more prepared for the first session. It is easy and time saving to have all the forms in one area. The interface is beautiful as well.
My clients have raised concerns of how confidential it is sending a form through this program.

I use this software every day and it makes my practice run smoothly and I appreciate that it is Hipaa compliant. My clients like the opportunity to complete the forms in the comfort of their home and have it done when they come into my academy. The customer service is outstanding, especially Mike. His quick response to all of my questions and requests is far beyond any other company I have dealt with over the last 10 years.
The ease of obtaining important information and my clients appreciate being able to complete the forms before they come to my office. Fantastic software.
The software is expensive. I would like a plan between the Small Team and Clinic for 3 practitioners.

The online electronic filll in forms are by far the most significant help for me; along with electronic client notes. Going paperless is a major improvement and one I held off on for years because I am not very computer literate. If I can use IntakeQ with ease then anyone can.
The best part of IntakeQ is the electronic intake form which is always remarked upon by my clients.
I would like to have couples be able to sign the same form.

IntakeQ makes it easier for my clients to get all their paperwork turned it.
This software makes it easy for my clients to fill out their intake paperwork and start working with me faster.
It does make for another cost of doing business, but you have to weigh the ease of use for your clients to the cost for you.

Having clients be able to schedule their own appointments and access paperwork online is a huge benefit. I also love that clients get a text reminder, which means I don't have to remind clients of their appointment time.
I love that clients can schedule their own appointments, get email/text reminders, and fill out paperwork online.
I wish there were more features available for linked calendars and spacing out appointment times. For example, I have it set within IntakeQ to link with my work Google calendar. When a client schedules an appointment through IntakeQ there is a 15-minute space that is created between sessions. However, sometimes clients schedule an appointment with me which I put into my Google calendar. These appointments are not scheduled through IntakeQ so, therefore, there is not a 15-minute space between sessions with clients. As a result, I'm often left with back to back appointments with clients without any break. I realize I can go into IntakeQ and schedule the appointment however that is not always possible.

I no longer have to scan client paperwork to upload it to their chart. Saves me on cost of printing and time scanning and storing paper documents! Allows me to get client information ahead of the appointment and maintain privacy.
Very easy for me to set up and use. My clients appreciate the efficiency and hassle free process of completing paperwork. I think it enhances the professional credibility of my business. AND it's HIPAA compliant!!!
When I print forms it prints a ridiculous number of pages. That feature could be improved. Maybe add option to print in a smaller font.

Easy to send link to clients. Forms and site are professional and customized to my practice, as well as easy to change. Customer service team has been very helpful when needed. Nice that subscription is scalable for my small practice.
It's not integrated with my practice software, so I have to manually enter data from intakes into client charts.

we are using IntakeQ for our intake paperwork only. We are definitely seeing an increase in clients filling out paperwork before their first appointment. I like the new features added especially the analytics. We have had a few glitches with some clients not being able to submit their paperwork and there really was never a resolution. It may have been an issue with their own computer. overall we have...

I've been impressed with the product and found it very easy to build my own forms. I've been using it now for over a month and it has allowed me to focus on my clients when we are in person, maximizing our time together. Clients have found it easy to use. Customer service has been great too. The response time and personal attention are great.

I really like IntakeQ and I love being able to have organized information of my clients. It saves time by sending completed forms right to their file.
Working in the Mental Health field, we need software that is HIPAA compliant, but also reasonable in price. IntakeQ offers both!!! It also has a sleek design that looks professional. Auto-save is also a life saver. I have had several notes lost due to internet cutting out. Notes take a while and not having to redo them makes life so much easier. Customer service is friendly and always there to help whenever things may go wrong.
One thing I would like is that if you click on a Client's name, then it would take you to their home page. An app would also be beneficial since the forms don't convert well to phones.

WOW! The ease of use is crazy simple....and if you get stuck-- if you send an email to support, you WILL hear back from a rep within the day, and I mean if you send it at 7pm you will get an email back at 8pm. yep even after hours. I secretly want to hire their staff because their customer service is top notch. But not only is the staff amazing, the product is THE BEST solution for my functional medicine practice. HIPAA compliant. Getting started with them-- they were able to convert my current forms into digital questions for a mere $9 or something like that. I would've wasted HOURS trying to figure that out. If you are considering intakeQ, look no further. I would do a video testimony for them because I have been so impressed. (and no I don't work for them)

-Wish there was a feature to have clients put things in chronological order like some other Functional Medicine Software companies.

It took a while a lot longer than expected to add to the website and it still freezes to make appointments on mobile devices but the price is good and it seems to be working reasonably well so far

I have had a great experience. I was looking for a documentation system and I have gotten so much more. It is simple for me to schedule clients, keep and electronic chart with all important documents, communicate with my clients, and fax reports directly from Intake Q. I also appreciate the integration with invoicing and collecting payment.
The Intake Q software has a lot of flexibility so I could really tailor it to meet the needs of my business. I love that I can easily edit my forms and make changes to my documentation template as new needs arise. My clients have been able to complete the intake process with ease and have commented on how simple it was for them. One of my favorite aspects is the appointment reminders via text or email.
I do not have any complaints. It has been great.

My experience doesn't matter as much as my clients' experiences: they all love the intake and consent forms going right to their email, and they love the appointment reminders (text and email.) It really goes a long way to make my practice come across as professional.
The software is intuitive and amazingly flexible. There are templates built-in for consent forms, assessments, and notes, but you also have the ability to customize each template to suit your practice's needs and create completely new templates. I use IntakeQ for everything: scheduling, billing/invoices, notes, diagnosis, Superbilling, appointment reminders, and secure communication with clients. The customer service department is ABSOLUTELY amazing to the point that I asked them "where can I leave you a review because you deserve recognition." I've had a few questions for them, and I've always got a response within an hour or two. I can't recommend this service enough. It runs my entire practice.
Initially, I was a little hesitant about the idea of having to create my own forms, but the templates provided made it super easy to tweak them to suit my needs.

Easy to use. Streamline what I use for forms. Easy for people to fill out. I like how it saves as they go. Love online booking. Still working on the package thing on my end.
Being able to set things up and send quickly to clients. I really like the online booking calendar, this has helped me a ton! I have not hooked it up to my website yet, but plan on doing that soon. Has definitely helped me streamline my business. I still need some work with notes and that kind of thing.
Just wish I could email my info to them in a better manner. Still have to figure that out. I have not used customer service, yet....to be determined

We began using IntakeQ at our spa in April 2016 for clients completing their questionnaires & waivers for their scheduled services. They were so helpful with getting me on board - answered all of my questions & quickly converted my original documents to the software. We were up and running in a couple days. It was a very smooth transition to paperless for staff and clients. It makes the intake process more simple while more sophisticated. A great enhancement to our spa!
All online. No paper to waste or keep track of.

Allows ability to set barriers on scheduling. Good charting system. Patients find it fairly simple to use and easy to fill in.
I have to type in the client's name to retrieve their notes. It's a hassle having to click back and forth between "Booking" and "Clients"
