The calendar view does not work well for us and the list view is even worse. An option to see have appointments take up a set width and a potential option to see locations as separate calendars.

Made converting to paperless much easier.

I run and manage a high volume chiropractic and wellness office. We see 350+ patient visits per week and in May of this year, we switched to a paperless office. Intake Q made the transition bearable. Customer support was very helpful in editing our forms and went above and beyond to assist us. Now if only Intake Q offered an app it would make using your services with an IPAD or Tablet so much easier. Also making it so we can send the signer a password would be helpful as well other than that I Love INTAKE Q and tell everyone who wants to switch to paperless to give them a try.

Pros

The convenience of it has made going paperless fairly easy.

Cons

It does not work well with out Tablets and Ipads.

I've been with IntakeQ since the early days. Even from the very beginning, it was a solid product with excellent pricing. I have noticed over time that new and very useful features are added on a consistent and frequent basis, which I love. This service is continually improving and continually impressing me. It has been an important and welcome addition to my medical practice. I fully endorse IntakeQ!

Saves paper, patient time, and front desk time.

Pros

The form workflow works well for us. I have 2 kiosk computers running Porteus Kiosk (a linux distro)

Cons

I've heard complaints from our team that customer/tech support hasn't been very helpful or were unable to understand their issues. For some reason, our assistant account needs password resets and it's not a simple process. Here's my feature wishlist: Spanish versions of everything (Some of our Spanish speaking patients would like to see even the button text in spanish) Wizard driven, step by step, form creation. Icons that feature the form Allow multiple administrators or power users per account so that we can fully audit access to patient info.

Overall our experience has been great with IntakeQ. The online forms are amazing for our office and the text reminder have significantly decreased our missed appointments.

I really like IntakeQ and I love being able to have organized information of my clients. It saves time by sending completed forms right to their file.

Pros

Working in the Mental Health field, we need software that is HIPAA compliant, but also reasonable in price. IntakeQ offers both!!! It also has a sleek design that looks professional. Auto-save is also a life saver. I have had several notes lost due to internet cutting out. Notes take a while and not having to redo them makes life so much easier. Customer service is friendly and always there to help whenever things may go wrong.

Cons

One thing I would like is that if you click on a Client's name, then it would take you to their home page. An app would also be beneficial since the forms don't convert well to phones.

Extremely simple to use for administrative staff as well as patients. Everyone states that it is very easy to complete using any electronic device.

Cons

The only complaint is that an email address is required to schedule an appointment. It would be easier to require either a phone number or email address.

New patients no longer ruin my day

Great overall experience. Excellent product. Has saved me hours of time and frustration not having my new patients organized. Now we can reschedule them if we do not see their paperwork done 24 hours prior to their appointment time instead of assuming they filled it out AND remember to bring it.

Pros

For years we stressed about new patient paperwork not being filled out and causing my schedule to run 30-45 minutes behind when they forget to fill out 8 pages of paperwork. The forms are easy to make and send. Patients can fill them out on their cell phone which is a huge help for my practice since we have many seasonal visitors in Scottsdale. The customer service is excellent. Always above and beyond and super fast. A huge refreshing change from my last portal. Horrible customer service. The membership option is very helpful and if you want to switch to a concierge membership program I would highly recommend using the IntakeQ billing system.

Cons

I hate their schedule. It is ugly. It is clunky. I can never see all my patients in one day well. The print outs of the schedule waste a lot of paper. This could all be easily improved upon. But we make it work.

A Must have for any medical business

Intake Q has streamlined our New client paperwork to a simple, online form that can be completed and submitted back within minutes of a patient being seen. This saves us a ton of time and money (no need for paper forms anymore) and we're 100% satisfied with this. The fact that it's able to be placed on our website is another bonus. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to move away from paper forms.

Pros

Simple to complete. It has all the features that are needed for a company needing to stay HIPAA compliant in a secure manner. Lot's of good features to compliment the form software (i.e. Scheduling, etc.)

Cons

It would be great if it had a point of sale aspect as well as a feature to hold electronic medical records (similar to practice fusion). If those two systems were able to be combined, it would be the perfect system for our business.

Pros

I love that IntakeQ allows me to ask what I want to ask and not a pre-programmed questionnaire. This feature makes it time consuming for initial to set up, but well worth the effort.

Cons

The printed option doesn't work very well when you are using guided questions, intakeq prints all pages. I do wish I had the option to create 'packets' and pick on demand which specific forms or intakes I need instead of packets for each possible situation.

It took a while a lot longer than expected to add to the website and it still freezes to make appointments on mobile devices but the price is good and it seems to be working reasonably well so far

They have been so helpful getting new forms developed and running smoothly and quick to respond with any questions we have. We use all of our intake forms on this and it also helps us for any part is we are acting with clients as part of a group practice it is really streamlined are at missions process and helps to keep us up-to-date much more efficiently directly upload to our dropbox and can be added to the charts so easily and seamlessly

I like the tool but need more flexibility and workflows to support my business.

Pros

Hippa compliance is the primary driver for the why we moved to the SW as well as being able to have clients complete forms online. I like the professional look and feel. The search is helpful.

Cons

Not enough flexibility for processing intakes in bulk. Would like the ability to transfer in bulk between providers, link custom template office use fields with client custom fields so certain notes are pulled into the client's record. We need more flexibility in configuring the SW to meet our business needs. We have to use a separate scheduling SW because intakeq doesn't offer the same flexibility...

Easy to use

I use intakeq mostly for the online intake forms and they are by far the easiest and most complete system I have seen. I am currently also working on switching to using their clinical note functions as well to completely remove the need for other EMR systems.

Easy to send link to clients. Forms and site are professional and customized to my practice, as well as easy to change. Customer service team has been very helpful when needed. Nice that subscription is scalable for my small practice.

The best option for our therapy office!

We use the bookings functions (only internal bookings, not client direct bookings), invoicing, payment, electronic consent forms and SOAP notes.

Pros

We tried three other well-known options over the course of the last two years before moving all our therapist software functions to IntakeQ. We appreciate the ease of use, the EXCELLENT customer service, the flexibility, the functionality and the price point.

Cons

Wish we could integrate email marketing beyond just extracting our client's email address.

It is truly the BEST practice management software and EHR that I have yet to find all in one!

After set up, it really is close to perfect. The customer care is excellent and they get back to me within 30min-2hrs max. I rarely have had to wait more than 12-14hrs for a reply. They even will jump on a tech support call if you need help, but the Help Resource section is very well done!

Pros

It offers everything that your business needs to conduct HIPAA compliant SOPs. I honestly have not seen any other software platforms that have as many features and allow for customizations.

Cons

It is a little tricky to set up, but the customization is limitless!

I love being able to send my intake and various forms to clients. This saves time in the initial consultation and the client feels more prepared for the first session. It is easy and time saving to have all the forms in one area. The interface is beautiful as well.
