As a start-up and not being able to open for several months, having your arm twisted to purchase an PM/EMR/Billing solution is not being considerate on the part of Kareo. A start up has many things to do and many things to invest in without wasting money on a system that will not be used due to time constraints. We paid from our limited resources for nothing for a couple of months. Even after canceling they are still trying to bill us. I consider them to be insensitive to the needs of a start-up and would not recommend them. They have a good sales pitch but my trust level was completely destroyed and I switched to another company.

It does not create an automatic narrative attached to ICD10 codes as you click on options.

This is a great software for marketing as it has amazing features to use but they need to work on their customer support.
The customer support is bad and they don't respond and also you find bugs in the software causing issues.

I've been using Kareo for about 4 months now with my mental health practice. It is a great value given the price compared to others and is easy to use and user-friendly. I use the billing, scheduling, and marketing modules. I do not currently use the EMR module.
Price, ease of use, and ability to access the fundamental features from both PC and Apple products including tables.
Periodically appointments on my schedules will disappear after the patient has been "checked out". Also, there are problems when you switch back and forth between the PC application and the web-based functions. Lastly, customer service has not yet fixed these errors, despite me emailing and calling for months.

An electronic health record system that works but even in itself has too many shortcomings for taste.
This software provides beatiful EHR templates for charting. You can also create your own specified templates but the pre-made ones suffice. Along with that the scheduling in the EHR is easy to use and you can create a patient if they aren't in the database and you need to schedule a new patient.
Customer service is one of the worst providing customer service I have experienced. Dedicated members of managed billing, enrollments, and marketing don't even communicate efficiently. They also have you do their job at times when they have the resources at hand to figure things out yourself. You'll spend more time trying to get the certified medical biller and coder to do their job than taking care of patients.

My overall experience with Kareo is very good. We use them for our software and practice management. I’m not using the EHR as it is not included with the package and there are some limitations for my specialty when participating in the MIPS .
The software is web-based and very easy to use on the iPad as well as any other format that supports the browser. It is easy and intuitive to use and everything is well laid out. There always improving and adding more functionality.
There are too many marketing advertisements in my email for other features. The HR should be included for free if we do the practice management it doesn’t make sense to be forced to use another software. The practice management needs to have more versatility with the types of reports we can generate it is plenty of boilerplate template that should suffice most practices. They need to have better support...

I'm a new customer. So far I have received good over the phone customer service. I'm still learning the site functionality. I'm looking forward to my business growing and improving as marketing360's does as well.
All-In one features. Good analytics. Good over the phone service. Pleasant appearance (e.g. use of color).
Some things aren't easy to change on your own (e.g. billing info.). A bit overwhelming at first. Could benefit from some pop up term definition reminders.

Worst experience in my 20+ years of working in IT/Business. Lied to multiple times and stole $6000 from a growing small business with no intention of trying to work with us. Could not hit deadlines and could not provide the services that were promised in the agreement.
There sales team are really good at promising you the world, but then hand you off and never get back to you.
Deceptive business practices used to continue to delay and push you into the next billing cycle. MUltiple deadlines were missed and no content/seo or ad work was done. They made one attempt after we finally cancelled. There team didn't even know the difference between impressions and website visits (clicks).
