It works well for mental health needs.

I find that the cost can be prohibitive, for new therapists that we are bringing on. They don't have caseloads to offset the cost of this program at first.

Pros

I appreciate how this program is able to be personalized. It has been adapted as our needs have changed. The various staff members have different preferences on needs. It has been customizable for each person.

Cons

I have issues with not having more current terminology regarding mental health, in the dropdown boxes. I have had to add customized phrases and terms that I currently use. This has been easy, but time consuming.

Initially, I found the product very difficult to maneuver since it has numerous steps that one needs to take to do one simple task.
