Pros
Our company like using Maxident, its fairly user friendly and the support staff are great when we are in need of help.
Tech support is great; the techs are eager to help. Having unlimited support is hugely valuable to me.

Pros
The program cost is the best on the market for what you get. The customer support is fantastic, very help full.
The management is easy to use, I like the charts that it shows me as well. The marketing reminders are great.
The customer support has been great while I was still learning the program. It's easy to use and book appointments.
Cons
They most likely do not fixed my problem. So, the problem is always there.
The software is difficult to upgrade, doesn't have a lot of built in high tech features and customer service is difficult.
Slow awkward perio chart. Abbreviations on perio chart not what I would choose and they aren't adjustable.
Cons
The modules can be a pain , Not being able to jump to charting from the appointment page and charting module is self all need work.
All of a sudden it gives you error message and closing down right In the middle of something. If in connect it does not allways go to correct patient ,jumps form one patient to another.
Visual for family accounting not easy to navigate thru in one stop. Front desk has difficulty navigating o/s where time is limited at patient check-out.
