Excellent quality and value.


The value. I might be able to get a bit more from other software programs but having checked them out there is no comparison in the bang for the buck.


It will lead one along to the proper steps for creating flawless billing and medical record keeping.


It could be a bit easier to personalize.

Perfect Timing


We had lost a couple collection reps and really needed some help fast. We reached out to Medica and within 15 days we were back up to speed. This is full service and on top of that I checked around a lot, their price couldn't be beat and Medica offered more! My favorite part is when I need something and I call I actually get to talk to someone in the USA


we have started scheduling 20% more patients a day because this allows them more one on one time


If I have to find something I would say the scheduler but really even that works fine its just not perfect!

It is the most advanced piece that we had seen- I mean they have over 10 patents for the certain functions of it... easily half the time for me to complete a note. Just having the piece of mind that having Medicas support team available is huge for us
