Pros and cons
The reports are very clear and intuitive, navigating through the system is fast and clear, the cloud access is excellent and some of the other features (such as the video conferencing) set it apart.
It allows multiple users without having to purchase numerous licences. The Tech support is good and keen to improve the experience for users.
With costs constantly going up the savings we will see in postage and typing will be amazing.
It is a minor inconvenience that you cannot always create shortfall letters whilst allocating a bulk payment when insurers have paid £0 towards an invoice.
If I had to nit-pick, the only thing to mention is that there's no way to tell if a consultant is linked to HealthCode or not.
I have looked at management systems over the years and either found them very difficult to use or very expensive, but MediOffice is ticking the boxes at the moment.
