I am glad for the ease and ability to step right in.

An option to see have appointments take up a set width and a potential option to see locations as separate calendars.

Customer support has been good but due to the recent growth of the company we have had a slow down which I believe will resolve when they get caught up.

I don't really have a lot of bad things about the software, there are some errors that happen I feel like quite often but they fix those problems relatively fast.

I love that employees can share their own availability all in one place and it prevents me from scheduling them if they already said they are unavailable. The greatest benefit of When I Work is the visual presentation of the schedule. I can see at a glance who the scheduled manager on duty is thanks to the color-coding.
