Easy integration with my business. The system provides good communication with my clients and saves me time.
Initially the marketing tools were not easy to use as I am not tech savvy, hoowever with the help of the friendly staff I am now able to use it with ease.

I use this software daily, and getting set up took me some time to figure out but with the help of the webinars I could watch them over again. Plus the Pabau team have been so helpful via the online chat, for every question no matter how big or small the problem was always resolved with ease. The software itself has everything I need and want for my clinic and for my clients and I’m very glad I went ahead with it.
A handful of times I have been unable to book appointments on my app but the next day it has gone back to working just fine.

Ease of diary system and raising invoices plus retail purchase history.
Ease of use, text reminders. Email confirmations to clients
Some features aren't automated, you can't load a ready made template onto the medical or consent forms. Would love the ability to dictate notes onto Pabau.

The team are good when you can get hold of them. There should be a number to call to get instant help.
This software is good but could do with updating. It fulfils a need. I would advise a full system update.
Ability to input bespoke images/ graphics to send clients is non existent. The software is also clunky.

Easy to use, All our branches use Pabau and we are all happy
when system is down unfortunately we cant see any of clients informations, this leave us in very difficult situation

Excellent, This system is not only comprehensive, it ticked so many boxes, being able to market to my datatbase - which is now upto date! Enables a more professional seamless clinic experience which is what my clients expect.
As a clinic going from paper to Pabau CRM there was a lot to learn about the system but we have found it to be straight forward , easy to use, flows well and the support and available training is excellent. I would highly recommend you try it !

Overall, very positive with some room for improvement. Very satisfied.
The ability to send reminders to clients, feedback forms, and aftercare incredibly easily to clients. The ability to integrate patient data into an easy-to-access format.
Occasional glitches sometimes arise, which may result in a failure to send forms to some clients. Perhaps the software could do with a more modern look and update.

Great customer care. I'm a night owl so even had replies from staff at 11pm which i was expecting the next day to answer questions. I wasn't pushed with a hard sell which was nice! Ive interacted with most staff as ive asked multiple questions daily as ive set the system up and always received a speedy helpful response. Very friendly, welcoming staff with great systemising and automation software!
I purchased this for when we reopen. I was considering taking a new member of staff on to do all the implementing and automation as well as stock control etc. all the bits I dont have time to do but purchased the software instead. It allows me to run reports at my own convenience. I enjoy that it ha content blocks on as i rent from various areas and I dont want them to access my performance and cash flow etc yet they can still book in my clients. Im very visual and so is this program you can simple colour code, add clients and staff photos etc.
Its a little tricky to use at first but easy to learn. I am an android fan as ive had to purchase an ipad for clients journeys etc which was a pain so that i can use the app,

I stumbled into the business two years ago, and I can genuinely say that it was one of the finest professional choices I have ever made. As soon as I started, I saw there was a lot of opportunity for advancement in terms of my duties, position, and the development of team and leadership abilities, which is always a plus in any profession.
The company's willingness to consider fresh concepts that might enhance our daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly workflow is something I truly like. Our daily work is more productive as a consequence of the implementation of ideas that staff members, including myself, have offered.
There are a few changes that need to be made, such as the ability to remove photographs from the iOS app and add simple notes, but Pabau is wonderful at listening and will accept suggestions.

It’s made the experience of booking in and storing clients medical forms much easier.
It’s is easy for customers to use and manage their own apps.
It’s difficult when I have to open up a new shift on a non working day for the sake of 1 or 2 apps that I am adding in that week that aren’t repeat.

Easy to use Simple to understand I like that you can take upload photos straight to the clients file
It’s slow when loading on. For example when you switch pages or go to do client notes it takes a long time to load and open the client file

Excellent. It has all the features that we need to grow our business whilst caring for our clients.
We are a small business and implementing a new system can be stressful. The Pabau team have been considerate, supportive and immensely helpful.
It does require time to understand and then use all the features available. Some aspects are not as user friendly.

Been using it for 3+ years now. Easy for staff and clients to use. Wouldn't use anything else.
All features are easy to use - team are friendly if you do occur any issues and fix it for you as quickly as they can.
It can be slow at times. Not best suited for clinics with multiple sites as easy to double book machinery etc. I believe this is currently getting sorted though.

I use Pabau for two different purposes. I use it it to schedule clients in my private practice, but I am also a fitness instructor and use it for that purpose as well. The great thing about Pabau is that it can be used for different purposes and can designed to serve the needs for different companies. It is great to schedule clients as it also syncs to google calendars. I use the iPad app for the before and after feature but haven't tried out the consent part yet.

I actually tried to moved from it once, and returned back :) As i mentioned its the best software I have found if you also care about the teams easy of use
I like the fact that it is really highly customizable and that you can send clients emails to sign forms. That takes away a lot of admin from us.
I think that it still looks like an old-school software and that is a shame because the features are really nice. Also, it does not have enough integrations.

The software is easy to use, the features are great. It's simple to book new clients in and the appointments made through the website comes straight onto the calendar.
There could be more payment systems integrated with the software.

Overall I can see Pabau will save a lot of admin time, leaving us free to do what we do best which is support our clients.
Pabau is very logical and user friendly once you get going and the support given is great, not only with the training videos but also the response to queries which is almost instant
There have been a few glitches in the set up of the system with transfer of data, but hopefully they have been ironed out now

I'm glad I implemented the system a number of months prior to opening the practice. There is no way Pabau is a 'good to go' system and needs a lot of familiarisation and use to get to know. On the plus side, the customer care is fantastic and they are always happy to try and help, and there has been a lot of questions and technical guidance needed.
Relatively easy to use - if you have some coding, CRM, or practice management experience you will probably get by slowly. I most like it for its functionality and the number of integrations available.
A lot of items are 'hard coded' making it impossible to customise the way you want it. There are some functions that don't actually work (I raised this and it is being 'looked into' but no ETA for a solve). The system comes across as a bit dated. I like the 'paperless' journey, however, there seems to be an oversight that some practices are still required at times to use paper and export to PDF format with a more aesthetically pleasing format would be beneficial.

During the pandemic when my clinic was closed due to government guidelines I felt they could have had an option to pause my payment or have some kind of plan
