I've ran into a couple system errors like any other system, but Noteable will attend to them immediately and will email you to let you know they are on top of correcting any errors.

Very good experience. I can usually figure out something I do not know by looking around (or actually looking at the instructions!) because of the simplicity (but high functionality) of the system. Also, my representative ([sensitive content hidden]) is very easy to reach, to schedule appointments with, and very knowledgeable about the system so he answers questions quickly and follows up in a timely fashion. Very pleased to get to work with him.

Partnership and ease of use are always at the core of what we do. As for the multiple note view, from the client chart or the report finder area you'll be able to bundle notes and scroll through several sessions in one window rather than having to have all the tabs open to accomplish this task. Please reach out to your partner advocate if specific steps around this would be helpful, we want to make sure you're setup for success here. 

I've had an amazing experience so far with Noteable. [sensitive content hidden]  deserves a raise for the work, time, and effort he puts into the providers on his team to ensure they are not only happy with their site but also understands how to work through each page of it. I've personally seen him go above and beyond for each provider I've worked with, and the treatment was no different for my agency.

I wanted to offer a resolution for your comment about the shared reports feature. Shared reports take the completed report from one program and shares it with all other programs that have the same template. The report is not a copy, but the original being displayed on the other match/merge charts where the template is shared. We can actually turn this feature off if you'd prefer and easily unshare any report template making them program-specific.

Some reports may take longer to load, especially when pulling large amounts of data. If this happens often, please contact our support team so we can optimize performance in that area.

Regarding changes to targets/target sets after data collection, these restrictions are in place to maintain data integrity. Modifications are possible before data collection, but if changes are needed afterward for something like fixing typos, your Partner Advocate can help you with this.

Great EMR program 

Our agency has used noteable and an electronic medical record system for the last three years with minimal issues. We are pleased with the product. [sensitive content hidden] our notable representative not only set us up for success, but has always made himself available for questions and support as needed, within minutes of when support is requested.

Easy to use!

Regarding the report for your pay, while Noteable houses your hours and compensation for mileage, training, etc., we do not host hourly rates in our system.  All that would have to be through your payroll software.

For the word count, while Noteable can restrict the word count in reports, the actual limit itself is set by your administration team.  If you and your team need help editing that in Noteable, you can reach out to your partner advocate; they would be more than happy to assist.

We do not have an integrated spell check in Noteable, but it should allow your browser's default spell check to work.

Initially, notable was just another terrible ABA software that was hard to understand. However, once I began to use it every single day I learn how easy and user-friendly it is and how time saving it can be when you can get what you need done and get out without limited issues.

As you know, we have been focused primarily on delivering a best-in-class clinical experience, but, as you say, we are always developing and releasing new features!

Regarding our updated features, we now offer a telehealth option that allows you to host client sessions, capture signatures, and even perform supervised sessions, all while remaining HIPPA compliant!  It also allows you to host staff meetings with up to 200 participants.

On the billing side of things, we do have the option to generate 837 files and perform manual remittances. We have also had a few updates to our invoices area in the past year or so.

Regarding the ability to see due dates for all clients in one area, we do have something planned and approved on our developmental roadmap that will allow your users to review upcoming items all in one screen easily. Also, we do have the ability to assign due date stops to more reports than just your Quarterly Reports.  We will have your assigned partner advocate reach out to you to provide you with more details that we hope you find helpful.

Will do exactly what you want it to do.

Robert C.:                                             Hi. I am Robert, working here as a mental health programs coordinator at Life Services Incorporated with the employee side of around 20. And I'll rate Notable a four. So before Notable, we were actually using paper. We did not have any electronic system at all, and the biggest thing was just being up-to-date in efficiency with documentation, and requirements, with everything handling business within the industry. All right. James from Notable pretty much did a great job explaining, and was very knowledgeable of the site, and helped us along the way as far as giving us presentations on exactly what we needed for our company, and did a great job walking us through everything we needed to build our own site. So upon us having our final meeting, everything was just great. He was just very personable, and understanding, and knowledgeable of everything that was required, not only from local, and state regulations, but within our company expectations.
                                                       Getting started, we definitely ran into some hiccups, but like I said, James was very helpful. It was just little things that when we first started, we needed to try it out, actually use it hands-on to figure out if we wanted to use it in that form, or wanted to try something else. And as I became knowledgeable myself, we fixed through kinks, and got through everything that we needed to in order to make it run efficiently for the company. Some advice for anyone looking into Notable, definitely know your job requirements, and what you guys do on a day-to-day basis, in and out prior to helping, or getting the assistant to build out your site, to build out your site so that way, you can give whoever is assisting you as much knowledge about what they need to do to help, because they're going to help you figure everything out, and go along the way.
                                                       And they're really hands-on with doing everything. I still talk to James if need be to fix any kinks, or anything I need to fix, but just being knowledgeable 1000% on every aspect in which you'll use Notable.
