Way to get ahold of your billing and support team. Program needs Java script to work but other than that it's easy to figure out. If you use them as your EHR it's easier, you can even verify the insurance from the program vs going online or calling.

Great team

We have used this software since 2013. We purchased the EHR portion over a year ago and were REQUIRED to receive the training that came with it - for an additional cost. The trainer was never aware of what was discussed in previous meetings and to date has never completed the requirements to access e-prescribing or e- lab results. Numerous follow ups and we are told the paperwork was never received. Each time it is resubmitted, 15 months later...still nothing...
In addition, the many issues that arise with billing submission are rarely resolved by customer service. They send back a generic suggestion that is apparent they do not even thoroughly read the email. The building of the EHR is so time consuming and confusing (even after the $500) that we have STILL not had the time to complete the encounters. 
We are currently shopping for something with good customer service and pre-built encounters. The amount of money we are sending them monthly to not even have use is a waste.

Reasonable priced EHR and PM

Product itself not too bad and has some pros on easy functionality- however the best system does not stand alone without a competent support team.

Look Elsewhere- Not worth your valuable time and money!

Since we upgraded to NueMD my Insurance reimbursement rate went up..

Advanced Md who owns NueMd has been a terrible experience. You may think you are saving money by going with this software but I promise you it will be something you soon regret.

There are a lot of bogus reviews to increase the ratings that NueMD is likely putting on the web.  Why would an appliance company be using EHR and medical billing software and giving them 5 stars?  Buyer beware!!!!

Frustrating 

We love Nuesoft!

I have used this system for over 10 years, and have had few to none (issues/problems) that haven't been resolved in a timely manner.  I am currently billing & sending EDI claims thru Nuesoft, and also I am assisting a practice(Internal Med) with training & using the EHR portion.

Nuesoft is the WAY to GO!

It is very easy to use and navigate around in. The use of the system is amazing and if someone is starting out its very easy to find your way around in it. NueMD is always updating their systems to give the best to everyone using it

Just like everyone else I was very skeptical with choosing a billing software. I feel that it is an important decision especially for a growing clinic. I choose NueMd because of its ease of use and training available. They help you to set up your business information as well as answer questions along the way. There is always someone available to help in the chat or they are very prompt to return your phone call. 

Fast set up and implementation

I have been using Nue MD for over 8 years. This program is user friendly. It has many features that meets our office needs. I have not had the chance to use the EHR system, as we had already have system in place before they came out with one. I would recommend this for any practice!

What I like most about this product, It's very user friendly, Customer support is at your finger tips, love the tutorials, quick is easy scheduling and billing.

It is frustrating when canceling appointments, if they are scheduled for multiple different disciplines. It's especially frustrating when discharging and having to cancel multiple appointments.
