The ability to create complete, detailed notes quickly, and have a claim associated with that visit generated and ready to send out within seconds makes me smile everyday.

There are some things that could be better such as the intake forms for patients, easier way to see notes from other providers in the office, a normal AR Report that shows everything from that day that matches the bank deposit amount!

Returning ERA's posted to claims automatically saves so much time, and having all claim and patient information, available and accessible from any computer in the office or off-site adds convenience and saves time and worry.

This user-friendly approach ensures that the system is easy to navigate for employees of all ages, reducing the learning curve and allowing staff to find information and complete tasks quickly and efficiently.

Sometimes the way the system applies a payment is very weird. If for example, a patient has a$30 copay, occasionally when looking back at the claim history or pay history, the payment will be in two separate payments equaling $30, but it makes fixing an error difficult.

I also wish that when you add a product to a patients account you could just add the payment from their unallocated balance rather than adding a new payment or going to a different area to apply the unallocated amount to the product.

As a solo practitioner who runs the office without any staff, Chirospring has brought a high degree of efficency to the scheduling of, and communication with patients both new and existing.

We love the patient portal and patients being able to schedule their own appointments, access records and send messages.

Of all the EHR's I demoed, ChiroSpring had the largest selection of template convenience items including buttons, drop downs, radio buttons and cascading check boxes.

We love how convenient it is to run our office - from managing patients at the front desk to writing patient notes, this program provides so many options to fit the needs of a chiropractic office.

The one thing I wish they would change is: if you change key items, it will affect past notes.

Maybe if an office did not take payments at the front desk or if they are a CASH ONLY practice this would work for them but every person in our office hated it! And we did all the trainings and watched tons of videos... maybe in 5 years when they have the bugs worked out!

Some employees work off of a bonus structure based on collections and the inaccuracy of reports by Chirospring makes this difficult.

There's also a lot of videos to help explain and trouble shoot problems.

I also was disappointed out of all of the note templates they had none geared towards pregnancy/perinatal population, and there were none for pediatrics.
