Less missed appointments thanks to the auto reminders

Pros

Scheduling is clear and straightforward, the HIIPA compliment portal and document link capabilities, the idea that I could take payment eventually there, how clean my services load into my website.

Cons

Im really hoping this will be addressed, I've already missed an appointment because half of my appointment types don't show up on the app.

Superb it's truly very nearly everything I want in an EMR!

This software facilitated my transition from One Medical (where I worked for the past 9 years) - we had our own proprietary EMR there and I was very concerned about being able to find something with similar functionality.

Pros

Being able to sync the schedule to my Google calendar is incredibly helpful too.

Cons

I'd love not to have to copy my e-mails to patients/clients into the system but understand that's as a result of HIPAA compliance.

Orchestra One is the most comprehensive and elegantly designed practice management software program.

It has streamlined many complicated, time-consuming, expensive aspects of private practice into one easy software program.

Pros

Orchestra One does my scheduling, reminders, billing, EHR, and generates SuperBills.

Cons

I also would love to be able to have all my renters' clients schedule through Orchestra One to build the integrative status of my brand, but the financial pathways are not able to accommodate this complexity.

These guys are the BEST.

Orchestra One has streamlined my practice, making it easier for both myself and my patients by removing the hassle of scheduling, reminders, and payments.

Pros

This translates into an easier interface for my patients to book through, and muuuuch less administrative time lost on my end trying to reschedule patients, send them appointment reminders, or swipe credit cards.

Cons

As I'm writing this, Orchestra One is still building out it's online scheduler, so it's not as robust as it will be down the road.

Pros

The design is clean (with the exception of viewing multiple calendars). I like that an iPhone app has launched (though improvements needed).

Cons

I wish there were statuses given with each appointment (checked-in, canceled, no-show, complete, etc.).

The most easy to use software that I have purchased in a long while .

Price is right, just don't raise the price too much as I am still in startup mode!

Pros

Ease of use, the ability to process credit card transactions, use of the portal for patients savy enough to take advanage of it.

Cons

Wish it had the capability to process Medicaid and Medicare payments. I would like access to it on my home computer/Iphone, and I think I can but not sure how to set that part up.

If this is the bright future promised... then we definitely will need shades!

"The Future's so bright -- I gotta wear shades" -- was this a prophetic verse speaking about the future of doctor/patient technology or just a one hit wonder pop song from the 80's? Our clinic has been using Orchestra over the last year and while it's a newer product, we were amazed by how much they get right and their approach. From custom integrations to a very dedicated support team to help with on-boarding or questions, this has been the right fit for our clinic. We are excited to see what comes next and appreciate how open Orchestra One is to our feedback and implementing our ideas into their product roadmap. Now....excuse me while I wear my sunglasses at night...

Pros

One central place for my scheduling and payment processing.

Cons

Some of the UI with the scheduler is bulky compared to previous version.

Sign up. Get onboarded. Have them take you through the flow and see if it works for you. We've recommended it to other practices and they've all had the same positive response. Seems like the easiest product to try out - since there's no commitment necessary.

Instead of having multiple separated tools to manage scheduling, billing and patients , Orchestra one creates one place to run your practice

Some of my programs won't integrate but that just takes used to in getting rid of the old and using the new

I can run my entire practice with Orchestra One

I've used 38 other systems in trying to run practices in the past (sole prop, group, integrated, virtual, you name it). This is the first system that gets everything in one place and has the modern experience I was hoping for.

Pros

Easy to use, modern and familiar interface, and doesn't eat into cash flow since they only charge 2.65% per transaction so I don't have to pay a monthly fee for a service that doesn't perform.

Cons

It's new, so it gets updated really quickly but the team is super accessible so it hasn't been a non-starter for my practice.

Excellent! Great functionality for a solo cash based practice.

This software helped me to streamline my practice, having it up and running in a very short time.

Pros

Best of all, everything I need (scheduling, payments, charting, patient messaging) is all in one program!

Cons

It doesn't currently have all the bells and whistles of the bigger EMR names, but you are welcome to make recommendations for features as well as comment and vote on recommendations by others, which is great!

Pros

The customer service is beyond anything I've ever experienced.

Cons

So far, the emr isnt flushed out yet, but they are making changes within the next 6 weeks. Also a lack of ability to check insurance deductibles online, but they are making changes there too.
