They claimed they could have patients fill out information that would automatically populate the appropriate place on athena software but in fact they only produced a pdf file that did not populate the discrete data needed to be useable in athena.

the original service I subscribed to was QeuDr, which was technology that automatically filled cancelled appointments by texting patients who are on the schedule in the future to ask if they would like to come in earlier.

My overall experience with Phressia was very helpful for our HIPPA compliance paper work and patient personal information.

They want to insist that the contract be fulfilled by user but they broke the verbal contract that they made with me.

The security of being able to send messages/ sensitive information is a big WIN to me.

We missed a few critical customizations (reminder templates, logos) required by locations at go-live that we needed to fix later.

For one year, I spoke with representatives in a one hour zoom call every other week, sent multiple emails about issues each week, submitted cases about errors with examples, etc. Despite the amount of detail and examples for each error, the customer support that would respond to submitted cases would respond with an answer that seemed like we were talking about a completely different thing.

Phreesia definitely increased the patient to clinic communication and lowered our phone hold times.

There are a couple gaps between Veradigm PM and eHR that Phreesia still does not span for us.  

Right now, patients make an appointment request through a phreesia custom form and we manually add that appointment into our EMR.

Very negative overall, looks like a good idea, looks like it would be worth to put effort on getting it to work, but it fails due to cumbersome implementation.  

We also customized our platform to allow patients with an outstanding balance to enroll into a payment plan.

This is a "gotcha " clause which I missed, but I expected some consideration since I have nbeen a client and I was only 13 days over the auto-renewal.

We do have an alternative for established patients wishing to self schedule  so we only need to manually schedule New appointment request.

I wish there was better integration with the EHR for data, and not just the ability to save some items as a PDF.  

We also rely on the automated appointment reminders, which helps cut down on no-shows.  

The intake pad when patients would arrive was very user friendly.

Phreesia has become an integral partner in the management of my practice.

Also, the reduction of paper utilizing the electronic forms that automatically flow into the charts has already given us a decrease in paper costs, and all the time spent getting forms to patients, and then having to scan all of that paper as well.
