Pros

Planning prior to launch was good, the product itself is good. We are new so that is all I have for now.
I like the online booking system and customizable messaging. I like that all of my consent forms are online and allow for digital signing and integration into the chart.
The problem/case management is easy to utilize and the support team is highly responsive. My staff remain excited and engaged, and continue to love this product.

Pros

It has many features that can be customised to suit how you run your practise. The help in setting the software up has been amazing.
Cost effective, great responsive customer support; does alot more for the business than other "just another medical record" softewares.
Absolutely amazing, very helpful team and out of all the softwares i have used once you are used to using Pabau, the things you can do and offer patients is endless.

Cons

Used in offices with abusive compliance. There are still many persons that are greatly inhibited by a computer or tablet.
The ten minutes I have to sit there and train your stupid AI that I'm not a robot.
There were some bugs in the system and occasionally all tablets would stop working.

Cons

Software constantly has issues, features regularly don’t work. Integrated payment system has issues and has lost us income.
Lack of chat function to be able to communicate in real time with reception and other clinic rooms.
However, I think the only negative I could mention is that it always takes time to learn a new system. Regardless of the provider this would always be the same so its not a negative directed at Pabau.
