Easy access to any tab, availability of labs and MRI results

Once you check off a patient as seen it will take you to an extra task tabs which is time consuming

Pros

It is Web Enabled, there are Customizable templates, and easy to put in patient information

Cons

Sometimes, appointments do not save. Too basic, committed documents do not go into patient charts rather have to go into documents tab and search for document by patient name and scroll.

We did not stick with this very long at all. We needed more.

Pros

The only thing I did like about this software was that it was free. Practice management software is expensive but this was completely free.

Cons

It was not user friendly. Not much support setting up or training. Still had to go to another clearinghouse for electronic billing.

Pros

I like that the EHR is free, it also has e-prescribing and is pretty easy to work with.

Cons

It would be nice to have a little more flow, or a psychiatry-specific database that is usable. They also call you non-stop, like sales people to offer training, even after you have told them you don't want it.

It was easy to use and a great way to contact your Dr. if needed and/or after office hours. Very user friendly!

Pros

Quick way to contact your doctor or patient! It also provides easy communication and access to personal records!

Cons

Not too many cons here...but sometimes it takes the office awhile to post lab results and things patients are waiting to receive.
