Pros

Switching over to PracticeSuite has allowed me to bill my patients more efficiently and in turn made more money for my practice. My favorite feature by far is the outstanding support team.
PracticeSuite is a wonderful company. The system is easy to use and the customer service is great.
They have been very supportive and helpful with helping an Alternative Holistic Practice make the software work for our needs. There was always a solution to our request.

Pros

Very easy to customize the desktop and I love that it integrated with our x-ray program. Works very well with Dragon and was introduced to SpeakEasy which has also been a great program to use.
They offer many integrations to choose from including Demandforce which is fantastic as well. The customer support staff is top notch and always willing to go the extra mile to help you.
Easy to use, easy to learn, has billing and charting together, great customer support they really care about customers.

Cons

They have even threatened to cut our access to the software with-in 24 hours for non-payment when we were paid up 2 months ahead of time (errors with their own accounting).
This has to be the worst software on the market. Counter-intuitive, constant crashes, gliches, and errors.
We have had problems with the scheduler software moving appointments, deleting appointments, and changing the status of appointments without our knowledge or input.

Cons

We use an outside billing service and they have had nothing but problems trying to bill out claims. As a result, money is trickling in very slowly which is bad for business.
The people and support are awful. They were unable to work with us during the pandemic even though we had 5 practices and paying over $2K per month for services.
This is the worst software/company I have ever dealt with. Every update crashes their software, and their support team has no idea what they are doing.
