I'd loved Profi and I believe that the blogging feature allows us to spread our word even better. The fact that they the program feature, allows us to add another income source and add our brand more authority.
what I love about profi is that I don't have to think about anything that it's not my work and knowledge. I can setup a profi account and start selling and serving my clients in 30 min or less. Everything is really well thought. It's smooth and safe. Pages load fast, information is organized, clients data is secure, price is fair. I love apps and software but I don't have the time or patience to learn and keep a complicated business. I just want something that works and allows me to have free time while earning a comfortable income and profi does that. Everything "business" is assured. I can just invest my time in selling,
I'd love to have a private community inside my profi account and it's not easy to accomplish that. Also, I'm waiting for some improvements in course management but, let's be fair, it's not their focus so.. I'm using profi in a different way it was thought and even so.. it's working better than fine.

Great overall experience, considering value for cost, I use it almost daily with my clients in my small practice and I'm sure offering a professional-lookin scheduling platform inspires confidence in my clients and makes their life easier too. The main problem it solves is providing an all-in-one solution, it saves me time, money and the headaches of juggling multiple apps for bookings, scheduling, and much more.
Profi is quite an amazing value, it provides much more features than similar apps, booking, payment, video conference and much more, and it has a beautiful minimal design, Profi keeps improving adding features that were promised at a slow but steady pace.
I'm a psychologist in clinical practice and this app targets several markets and possible uses, like coaching and so on, so the features a therapist needs are not all there, but I'm confident they will keep improving to make this a competitive product in the therapist market. When you send a form to request a signature, many times the client will not receive it, sometimes they get it after sending...

Our task was to scale our leadership coaching programs for our internal Netpeak teams. We couldn't do it effectively because all the materials and communication was all over the place. With Profi, we were able to finally combine it all in a single place. This enabled us to scale our programs and offer it to more departments and leaders at Netpeak.

Calendar sync issues. But, fortunately, they got fixed pretty quickly. Profi team is really great at reacting fast and adequately to the issues and requests from us.

I love that it's really designed for the needs of coaches and coaching orgs. From billing to scheduling to journals to e-courses (and so many more features) it has everything I need, and even a few things I didn't know I needed until I use them!
Very little. Their onboarding documentation could be a bit better but I heard that they revised all of that so I don't know if it's an issue now.

The product is great but what made us go with Profi was the quality of their support from day 1. Their sales team has offered a free workshop to go through our current client workflows and understand where we're at and what we needed in every detail. From that point we knew they'd be the right partner even if some areas of the product weren't as advanced as we had hoped; we know they'll get there though!
Frankly, the Profi team, plus a beautiful and easy to use booking widget (a killer feature!) and a discounted pricing scheme.
iCal integration is missing but Profi has told us it's coming later this year.

Bad experience! Does not value customers!
Its semi decent but nothing special and has lots of broken promises so far! Cname was promised over a year ago never came yet to name just one!
I wanted to allocate a coach for this software, tried to change email and they would not change it! They went on to accuse me of breaking terms and conditions! How is your data safe with this company values!

With Profi, we have all the tools we need to plan, create, enroll clients and have them complete course content.
Course creation and distribution, ability to charge customers for premium programs, scalable pricing plans. I really liked client progress tracking and automatic notifications for clients to complete course modules.
True white-labeling is only available on the Corporate plan

We needed a simple course solution which we could integrate with our own platform for meetings through Zapier. The latter was our main requirement and Profi was the only vendor we could find to nail that part.
Lovely UI, program/course features, advanced Zapier integration
Pricing is a little too high considering we aren't using all the Profi features (we utilize our own platform for scheduling and meetings)
