It's easy and quick to adapt the program. Within three days, all staff, including doctor, were ready and comfortable to use. It's a very affordable but well-organized program with excellent support.
It is an internet-based program that may be influenced by your computer's speed.

I was new to the practice. I got set up quickly with a username and password, and the system was easy to learn and use.
The only thing I do not like is how the system tends to freeze up a bit and may kick you out. Then you have to log in again, and it's a hassle with a busy office.

I like that the program is straightforward, well-organized, and very user-friendly. I also like that the vendor is willing and able to customize the program to the individual needs of our office.

Everything is just a click away: results, lab orders, prescriptions, progress notes, claims, EOBs, etc.
I usually call in when I have a question, and I don't like the fact that I have to create a ticket and then someone calls back. I would rather have someone help me immediately.

I like the ease of use and navigation. We don't have to worry about backups or storage. We can access it from remote locations. Their customer support is prompt, and they provided thorough training.
The only limitation we found was for the file size on scanned documents.

I like the way most things on the platform can be modified or changed. The technical support is prompt to provide assistance and followups are within reasonable timeframes.
It just has the normal issues: downtime, lag, bugs during updates, etc. Also, it only work with IE.

This company constantly comes out with updates that causes more problems than before. Their support is pathetic. I've had change requests go on for half a year and more and they closes cases when its not fixed. Support in India, 12 hours ahead and they don't talk to each other, asking the same questions numerous times.

I like the ease of use and friendly service. With little training, you can figure out how to navigate the program.
I hate when the service goes down and no one can say for how long. I understand why, but it doesn't make it easier. Thankfully, this doesn't happen very often.

They are always upgrading the software to make it current with the industry. I love that the billing and EHR are in the same program.
You're not able to double click on the claims to review them for errors. You're not able to use the billing side on phone or Mac products.

I like the variety of layouts available depending on the type of user.
On the picklist option under past medical history of "add ailment or code", there should only be "code" options, since CMS requires that each diagnosis be linked to an ICD-9 or in the future an ICD-10 code.

The billing side is so simple, and reports let you monitor your aging accounts easily. Technical support is so knowledgable and readily available for assistance.
You can only look at one window at a time, so you have to keep navigating back and forth on some screens.

What I like about this product is that it's easy; it's not complicated at all. If I have any questions or problems, help is always fast.
There's nothing I don't like about this product. Everything it has is very helpful and easy to work with; it's not a hard product.

The software gives us the ability to use an EMR for our clinic and easily print off the progress note for the patient if needed.
There may be an issue if the software goes down at times, but there is little lag time, and the team is quick to bring the system back up.

It is very easy to use. Once you learn the system, it flows very well.
The program runs very slowly. It holds things up having to wait on the program. Also, when it updates and changes are made, it usually has a terrible affect on one or more areas of the program.

We adopted PrognoCIS for our cardiovascular three years ago mainly because it was one of the few cloud based EHR around. After using since then, I highly recommended to all my colleagues. It is easy to use, versatile and dependable. The implementation went smooth and new office staff can learn the system quickly. Customer support is excellent when you need it.

It is an online solution, so I don't need to buy any hardware or upfront costs. That is great for a small practice just starting up.
Most of support is from India and very hard to understand. Their support also does not have a good knowledge of the product.

I like the thumbs up/thumbs down system to show if you have met the measures prior to closing encounters.
It seems very difficult to communicate with their staff; they are not easily understood. We are not at computer literate in this office.

I like posting ERA, how quickly it is easy to find the claims, and the detailing on patient accounts.
For now, my biggest issue is with the aging report; however, the implementation team is already working with development on getting it fixed.

The system seems very easy to maneuver once learned.
Several things. No spell check within the HPI or Plan. The way you order prescriptions. If you are not connected to a hospital, such as our clinic, you cannot import lab results into the chart.

I love that PrognoCIS is web-based, and I can log in from anywhere to check on a patient's medical record or to complete my charts.
The updates sometimes get rid of features that I like, and I cannot have them put back into the system.

The software is user friendly, and the tech support is outstanding.
I don't like the fact that the physician has to reopen an encounter to do any modifications. Physicians are very busy and rely on their staff for the small stuff.
