Je regrette de ne pas pouvoir organiser les locations par semaines. Visuellement on ne peut planifier une location d'une semaine dans le calendrier. Sinon l'utilisateur peut réserver n'importe quelle journée dans la semaine. Le paramétrage en heures sur les 5 jours (5h) n'est pas satisfaisant.
Les fonctionnalités et les multiples possibilités de personnalisation. Les plugins sont pertinents et dans de nombreux domaines, c'est un vrai point fort par rapport aux solutions concurrentes
Importer des fichiers Excel pour mettre à jour le menu déroulant (champs de formulaire d'admission). On doit saisir manuellement chaque choix et organiser l'ordre d'apparition.

We're a float tank/sauna business. The booking revolves around picking your time-slot at using one of our three float tanks and in the future a infrared sauna. The simplicity of the system allows our clients to quickly and easily turn their interest in what we're offering into an actual booking. I believe if the booking process was more complicated, the customer purchase rate would be far less.
The fact that it actually renders nicely for our clients that book using their mobile phone! This is a major PRO. The competitor cloud solutions that we tested out didn't meet this expectation.
Trying out features safely without affecting your actual LIVE store. But the friendly staff at SimplyBook.me went above and beyond to even accommodate this requirement!

automated my scheduling of first appointments including payment and saved me alot of money on having to do a phone call first. since i can charge at the time of scheduling i offer a discount and patients have incentive to schedule immediately instead of timely phone calls. also existing patients can self schedule instead of trying to reach me.
compared to other solutions, there is lots of flexibility in adding options and also customizing to match your website, also i love the tech support which is usually immediately available via chat which is a big advantage
not everything is intuitive, i've had to ask tech support for instructions several times, but at least i got immediate help.

This is one of the best online appointment-making tools I ever worked with. I used it for online table booking for one of the Yerevan-based restaurants. It was just perfect.
It is very easy to set up and use. For a small business, you don't even need to upgrade your account to a paid version. But even if you need to upgrade, the prices are very affordable compared to other similar solutions.
Can't mention any cons. I just love this product.

For me, the tool was relatively new but by now we already have about 10 accounts and, most importantly, our customers are happy. Having great support is a very big plus for such online solutions.
The tool is easy to use and you get a solution quickly. But if you do find yourself with a question you can turn to a motivated and committed support team who always answer you quickly. And if it is more difficult to find a solution, they will continue to support you until the solution is found. The support staff deserves a big compliment. Top team
The tool is easy to use but there are many "hidden" features. You need some experience to set up more complex reservations. Sometimes it is best to contact support :-)

SimplyBook allows me to operate my online marketplace smoothly and with great flexibility.
I tried 2 different solutions (Square Appointments & Calendly) before finding SimplyBook, and neither of them offered the flexibility I needed. The best thing about SimplyBook is that I actually get a TON of useful features at a much lower cost than any other solution I've found!
It took about a week to get used to SimplyBook's flow, and there are occasionally minor bugs, but none of them have been serious or client-facing. I feel that when I've had needs that aren't met by the software, their customer service is willing to listen and responds quickly.

It's very flexible and provides many extensions but the learning curve is higher than I thought it would be. Overall, I am very impressed.
I like the price point. It is a phenomenal value for all that the software can do. However, there are other products that are similarly priced. I chose this one though because the review comments said their customer service was excellent. I have found that to be the case thus far.
As the administrator, the learning curve is a little steeper than I thought it would be. Thankfully, the helpful customer service has walked me through the processes and solutions when needed. A suggestion would be to put a large, easy to find, link in the administration panel to the Helpcenter at https://help.simplybook.me/index.php/Help_Center.

We had looked at other solutions including Calendly, Acuity, but the particular client in question needed an option where it was also possible to sell complementary products with the booking process. SimplyBookMe ticked all the boxes and worked extremely well, and was easy to add to a Wordpress/WooCommerce set up.
Had the required appointment booking, allowing different types of appointments to be booked, but also had the added benefit of being able to sell products alongside the booking which was a requirement for this particular client. Trial allowed which was good for testing features fully.
Obviously would be great if everything was free, you have to pay for certain products. It can be a little confusing as to how the extra features are charged for.

Everything I need to fulfill my business with ease while booking system takes unnecessary phonecalls for bookings from my work load. For me it works superb; The system is built and created that everyone can start it and use it, even if no experiences have been made before.
Easy to use, help is easy to find as well as easy to use. I also like the customer service a lot. Whenever I had a question it was answered quickly or in a timely manner. The software offered a variety of business solutions, from very small to larger businesses, its simple to add service or to change options I can choose from.

If you get happier by the hour during testing because it meets almost all your wishes and you see parts you didn't know but still are fantastic then you have the WOW.
The ease of use. It almost has it all. great software that fits almost any business. lots of extra features available that you can work with it the way you want. I've looked at different booking solutions and found SimplybookIt not only has the best solution, but it also has the best price/quality ratio! And the Support team has been very helpfull for me. Even when using the free version!
There are still parts I want to mention. A number of functions that I consider essential are optional, so you have to opt for the more expensive monthly subscriptions. I think the price difference (I don't have any employees) is a bit too high. My clients are people within a 30 kilometer radius, so I would like to give my clients the feeling that they are booking locally. For now, there are parts that...

If you go under settings/configurations then you can choose yes/no to "Show booking page in client timezone" and also Yes/no to "Prefix changable by client". If you choose no to both, then this problem should be solved. For the invoice issue, can you please send me an email back to explain better what you need. I have used this software for close to 5 years and it's still simply the best in the industry for my needs. There are plenty of scheduling solutions out there but this platform is easy and flexible and consistent. I have never had a problem with implimentation and the developers are SO accessible that even if I did, they would be right on a solution. They are constantly adding value for the user and this value translates into satisfaction in our client's experience. Value for the cost is the best perk. You would be hard pressed to find another product that does as much for as little.
One limitation is the lack of a merge feature. Because users input their data anew, there is the potential to have multiple entries for the same client in the client database.

In terms of merging the clients then what you can do is to define in settings what makes a client unique, an email address or phone number. Then if you define it´s an e mail address, you can change the email address to the same address of the same clients and then in fact they merge. SimplyBook.me has given my clients one more way to contact me, especially those who know what service they want and want it booked quickly without having to ring or wait for mail correspondance. Customers seem to want to solve their problems and meet their needs more and more quickly and will move on to another provider if the current one is too slow to answer. In my line of business, which is rather traditional and old-fashioned, I seem to be ahead of my competitors simply by having quick, online solutions, of which SimplyBook.me is a good one.
The booking calendar allows my clients to book my services directly via the calendar, linked from my site. This is a handy feature and a selling point in my business, where people want easy ways to make appointments at times of their choosing. I can customise the forms to suit my own specific needs.
The features are not always intuitively set out, so it has taken a while to find out what can be done. When I get a mail infpoming me of a booking, it would be good to get either, 1. a direct link to the new booking or the day of the booking, or 2. all the details of the booking in a mail. I would also like to be able to synchronise the booking calendar with the offline calendar in my mail client, but I have not found out how, if it even is possible.

Regarding the e mail notifications, then under settings/email&sms settings you can adjust exactly what information are sent in that notification e mail to the service provider. So if you want all relevant details regarding the booking sent to you, then you can do that within that settings. Please contact our Live Chat if you can not find where to set that up. With respect to the calendar integration then we have Google and Office 365 two way calendar synchronization but it is impossible to sync with offline calendars as technically that is just not possible, at least not two-way. Improved productivity and efficiency of bookings for my volunteer organization!
This program allows me to SIMPLY and seamlessly book interviews on my online calendar; I have used this software for about 7 months now and I'm continually impressed by the utility of SimplyBook.me compared to other scheduling solutions that are out there. The SimplyBook.me platform is flexible and consistent, and in the instances where I did run into issues, the support team always provided a rapid solution. One thing I particularly love is that they offer a free monthly option for organizations with 50 bookings or less per month; this was a great way for me and my volunteer organization to test the waters and ensure that things would work well for us. If you can find another product that does as much for as little as SimplyBook.me costs, please let me know!
There's not much to dislike! However, as I've used this in the context of a small volunteer organization, buying individual custom features is quite expensive.
