It assigns a risk score to each policy to indicate its priority. Automatic alerts generate at ninety days, sixty days, thirty days and fourteen days before expiration to ensure timely engagement throughout the cycle. The shared pipeline view enables all team members to work from a single source of truth rather than maintaining separate tracking lists.

Each renewal account carries a status designation that updates as it progresses through renewal workflows. Status labels convey whether an account is active in outreach, pending follow up or at risk of non renewal. The platform distinguishes between high value and lower value renewals to allocate resources proportionately. Activity tracking logs engagement history to highlight accounts where communication has stalled or additional touch points are required before the renewal window closes.

Implementation follows a straightforward three step process that leverages existing data exports without requiring complex integrations or consultant fees. Agencies export policy data in a comma separated value file or spreadsheet format from their current agency management system and import it directly into the platform to establish the renewal pipeline. The software supports exports from widely adopted agency management systems including EZLynx, QQCatalyst, AMS360, Applied Epic, HawkSoft, NowCerts and Jenesis as well as custom spreadsheet formats to refresh renewal information.
