Pros

What i like most about this software is that you can have a conversation with the patient through text message. making conversation with patients a lot easier.

Cons

What i like least about this software is that the reminders sometimes out go out at random times, making it is just a function that we can change but we always gets comments by our patients saying they get reminders at random times or way to late.

AMAZING

Pros

Honestly, the product is great, but my favorite part is the customer service. Everyone I've talked to has be extremely helpful and friendly! I've never felt like an imposition or like any question was too small to be valid.

Cons

I haven't truly unlocked the full potential of the software yet, we're just dipping our toes. So far, I only have positive comments.

Pros

I love that it automates the referral asking process. It has been much easier for us to get positive feedback from our customers in real time which has made a very positive impact on our growing practice.

Cons

At this point, I really don't have any cons. It takes some tinkering to get it set up to our specifications but it has all been very worth it!

We are a huge fan of Review Wave. Customer service has been top notch from the sales call to implementation to ongoing support. We cannot say enough great things about Review Wave.

Pros

We love the fact that everything is user friendly and when we run into a roadblock, support us there for us in almost an instant.

Cons

There were not already Spanish intakes ready to use.

Starting Out on the Right Foot

We love working with Review Wave, that's why we hired them! We worked with them years ago in our former office, and we knew that they would be an asset to our new practice.

Pros

The software is user-friendly for our team and for patients.

Cons

Certain phone numbers that we have input into the system are showing up red, and are not sending text messages.

Great for Reviews!

They had a great customer support team and good review software, but were were looking for more of an integrated system that would allow for easy texting and rescheduling options for patients.

Pros

I liked the way you were able to customize how and when review requests were sent out to patients, it made it efficient and put it on auto-pilot. I also liked that patients with a less than amazing rate would be redirected to provide feedback instead of leaving a review on one of our platforms for the public to see.

Cons

The app was outdated looking and not very user friendly. The software also did not integrate with our EHR/scheduling system so it made our processes a bit more extensive rather than easier or simpler.

Pros

I really enjoy that it allows us to communicate with patients in real time. It also puts all our reviews in one spot!

Cons

I haven't seen it update me about a message or something else, unless it does through email. other than that its great.

Easy to set up. Patients LOVE the texting feature. New patient follow up texts are awesome Office landline # can be used for texting.

Cons

Not yet fully integrated with our software regarding scheduling, but will be SOON!

It was ok. We did not use it long enough to really experience all the features available in this tool.

Pros

It connected to our practice management software for online scheduling. The process to connect was easy, however, we did not use this long as we changed marketing companies. We had no appointments or reviews received through this product.

Cons

I did not like the access that the software had to our patient database. As a protector of PHI/PII, this was a concern for me.

Terrific program!

Review wave is intuitive, easy to use, and very effective. I have been in a healthcare delivery practice for approximately 30 years and now, thanks to Matt and Review Wave, I finally have feedback from patients. An asset to the practice and well worth it!
