RxNT works well with our EHR program and has streamlined the prescribing process. I am glad we did it, and would never want to go back to scribbling on paper.
Links with EHR
In our EHR each time you renew it shows up on the drug list. This is nice because you can see when it was renewed last. However you end up with a long list of drugs filled with repeats. It would be nice if it listed the specific drug once but could still show you when it was started and the renewal frequency.

They are very eager to set you up with their products but once you work with it and realize that they have a lot of issues in all areas (EHR, PM and scheduling) they shut down on responding to the issues. Months go by before you hear from support. They also have terrible pricing on full site options and many don’t work well. Biggest issue is will billing software. Lots of glitches and can mess up your AR quickly.
Cloud based EHR with easy access. Multi site option.
Terrible customer service and support. Disjointed and frankly they could care less how their product is effecting you practice.

Income went down drastically by using their billing and accounting software.
Easy to send electronic prescriptions. EHR is easy to use.
Billing and accounting. Customer service is bad. Phones are usually answered asking you to leave a voice mail. Ads in the EHR are annoying

The best way to describe is the sales team doesnt talk to implementation team and so sales happily tells you everything you want to hear but the implementation team calls you to say "I'm sorry I have to call sales to let them know they were wrong". non stop hurdles in training and ultimately not able to use the product. a waste of time being trained in modules when your templates/patient info/ super bills/fee were not put in because they are short staffed.
seems to be up to date with some EHR eatures
issues with onboarding and length of time. you would be trained on how to open patient files but ur files were still not updated...trainings were very robotic and if your info wasn't in system they recorded the training so you could go back and train yourself. the purpose was basically to just "check" the box that you were trained whether or not you got anything out of it. reps not always available I go the impression the company is very understaffed. some bait and switches when you sign up so be careful. This is not what I thought and I will look for another company.

Price point, easy of use, prescriptions produced fairly easily, clinicians tend to say the product works well for psychiatry.
RxNT does not integrate with primary care and Profiler EHR/EMR. The system is more ancillary and will likely be eliminated by Dr. First with Profiler EHR that integrates well with Profiler.

For my purposes this is a good EHR since I have very few patients. I want to use an EHR and it is not very expensive.
The price for this EHR is low which is very helpful since I have a very small practice.
Some features have been a problem for me to use. In particular, it seemed difficult to get set up for e-prescribing scheduled drugs. So I opted not to use this.

The automation/integration feature with our EHR is the best thing about RXNT.
Inconsistent and sometimes unreliable med pull history. It usually works, but it’s so slow that it becomes unusable in a busy office setting on the fly.

The support team for this company is very helpful, I have rarely had to wait on hold or have presented problems they could not fix immediately.
The system has a great medication side, it is easy to send and receive requests and refills.
The EHR, and PM sides have a limited amount of functionality and are very unintuitive.

We love RxNT and would not run our practice without it. However, it appears that RxNT knows this as well. It costs per provider and the annual maintenance fee. We do not write many Rxs. However, our providers will not be without RxNT so we pay. I would love to see the fee changed to usage based.
Easy to use, integrated with our EHR, convenient for provider, pharmacy and patient.
Fee not based on actual usage.

Generally smooth to utilize as noted above.
On a day to day basis, the EHR, scheduling and e-prescribing functions work well.
A lot of the features are buggy, especially soon after they're rolled out. While most of the system is intuitive to use, some of it is clunky. It also has slowed down considerably over the years as new features were added. It's annoying that it now takes a couple of seconds to get results from a patient search or switch to a different part of the system. My biggest complaints are that the patient portal is unusable and that I still can't have multiple charts open at once or I lose data (despite being told last year that this problem was resolved). The latter point really slows me down.

Satisfied but could use some small tweaks
I like that the software integrates with our EHR system and that it is fairly user friendly.
I would like it if the medications were more up to date with what the patient is actually taking, as well as, I wish it would import medications into our EHR easier.

It allows not only to pull in medication directly into our EHR, but it can help to decide which medication will and will not be covered.
It has some difficulty with some insurance plans where you have to lookup by fill data rather than rd.

Doing the work, getting it done. It's usually on, not really down too often.
I am not a fan of writing notes. So I have a pretty negative... experience with EHR. Just more of a dislike of paperwork really.
