Pros

As above, the product was easy to learn and the training was good. The prescribing software is excellent.
Customer service is great. No matter what kind of question you have, they are more than happy to help.
I recommend Sevocity to anyone interested in a terrific balance between a highly functional and highly affordable EHR.

Pros

Fantastic software with big improvements from my old software and unbeatable customer service. I highly recommend this software and have already shared with my RMT friends/colleagues.
I love how Noterro releases new features constantly and stays on top of bug fixes. Lastly it is great that they are cheaper than the previous system I was using with more features.
Noterro (formerly SOAPvault) has been perfect for my practice, I searched the internet for a system that would support my practice initially and have the capability for growth.

Cons

If I could get out, I would. The fact that one person only can be in the chart is ridiculous.
After just a couple of weeks my staff has transitioned with little frustration.
How often we have to change our passwords - currently we have to change approximately every 90 days or so. I would prefer about once every year unless there was a problem.

Cons

I just sat here for 10 minutes trying to think of something negative and am unable to come up with anything.
They changed this to listing them horizontally, which I find very hard to read, and often miss some conditions if I'm in a hurry.
There's a dorsom aspect of foot pic missing in the pictures in the soap notes. I can't remember which one.
