I like the main page where I can scroll down and see all the names and the date of the last visit and patient balance, a feature that is very useful. I love having the tech support as needed.

The single worst thing about Shrinkrapt is the non-existent support experience and the owner's lack of empathy for his customers.

My old 7.1 was not working well; Sierra was going to make that worse. So I bought the new system as their Facebook page said 9.0 was operational with Sierra.
