Pros

I love how it is user friendly. I love the built in templates and the ease of being able to create any new electronic forms for clients to review and/or fill out.
The basic, the profession and the addition of telemedicine. It is very easy to use and if you do need help the software help button does an amazing job.
Other software programs required their premium software in order to print claim forms or super bills, so I am thrilled that this is included in the low price. It’s great for my practice so far.

Pros

I like the ability to bring telehealthcare to the people that need/want it. I like that the software, for the most part is easy to use for both the medical office staff and the patients.
I like the ability to use the service with both the website and the mobile app. Customer service has a chat feature which is very helpful and timely.
I love the flexibility of therapy and doctors visit can happen anywhere I am. Not having to drive back and forth to just see a therapist for 30 minutes is really great.

Cons

This annoyed me because my time is very valuable and I specifically set aside the time for my training and no one bothered to alert me that it had been canceled.
I have a data base now that I use who program is awful and childish but they are able to create the reports I need. Its sad this program is missing the one thing i need more than anything.
Sending the invoice is a little confusing, it didn't take me long to figure it out, but sending the invoice to a new client or one that wants to pay was a little awkward.

Cons

It does not work well if the app is interrupted by an incoming call, you will have to log in and out. The voice function normally drops after being interrupted.
A bit complicated, especially the API, it affects the performance. Sometime it's a bit unstable, we saw defects slipping through.
Some of my clients still have some trouble understanding the software, and I've had to spend some time explaining it to them instead of being able to look it up themselves.
