Pros

I can access patient charts and xrays from home or while traveling is fantastic. Also, I am big fan of their integrated hellopatient system within EHR itself.
Helpful, well trained, approachable and Awesome. Trust me, I texted these guys on weekends and they got back to me in matter of minutes.
It is very simple to use and tech support is awesome. I use their product daily and love it.

Pros

One of the most important benefits from an IT providers view is all your data is safe and secure in the cloud.
Easy to use, straightforward software with great features. The customer service is always great.
Very positive experience. Easy to adapt to using the system and great customer service.

Cons

No updated given, bad customer support as it takes way too long to get back to you. There are way too many steps to do simple tasks.
I haven't found anything to date that I dislike. We are working out the links.
It requires a lot of clicking. We arelocated on east cost & they are on west, so time difference is an issue when we need trouble shooting.

Cons

No more Monday morning panic calls, my PC has crashed, can't open my dental software or all our IT equipment was stolen over the weekend.
Some things are long winded - too many clicks - trying to organise family groups a little difficult.
Previously I used S.O.E. but the cost is prohibitive. I don't believe that I am in any way disadvantaged using Aerona.
