Nothing - it's not really user friendly.

Cons

There is no option that allows you to remove the read receipt option. There's a reason that it's an option on text and outlook as it is not always necessary that another party knows immediately when something is read.

Communicating to work with the peace of mind that it is keep in a HIPPA compliant software. During this covid situation, collaborating work with the nurses have become easier with the use of Teleon. Total efficient!
