Pros

I have referred three others because I am so impressed and enjoy using TheraNest. I researched and trialed others, and I am 100% happy with my decision to use TheraNest.
The best software connection this office has made a change to. The was of teaching the process to therapists to use for notes and to incorporate client details and billing all into one is wonderful.
I like how user friendly the software is. I like how easy it is to navigate, the training videos and the partnership with office Ally which makes the billing process easier.

Pros

I want to say the staff is absolutely wonderful, they are available at all times and quick to respond. They are very friendly and professional.
But my favorite feature is definitely the customer service we receive when we have an issue. The staff at azzly are amazing.
I can also go into "my work" and see if there is anything outstanding or that needs to be reviewed.

Cons

Ours is not a therapy practice, but private pay recovery coaching for people with mental illness. So some of the incredible insurance billing features are wasted on us.
There is not the option to put handouts, assignments into folder for clients to access. You have to send them back and forth which clients complained was inconvenience.
This has caused me undue stress and dollars...and they have been very callous and offered no-compromise position. I complained too much, and therefore, they got rid of me.

Cons

It was very intimidating at first, because coming from Tier which now seemed so juvenile it was scary.
All of the changes since July of 2018 have been ridiculous.
They are a member of our Team. When a Therapist has a problem entering in a note or changing a diagnosis, Azzly is who they call and the problem is resolved.
